The large amount of space
The cleanliness wasn't the best. We actually had to switch rooms because of the bed bugs and then in the other room the remotes didn't work and the bathroom wasn't very clean
Very nice and clean, the room was definitely one that I would stay in for an extended business trip. I was disappointed I only needed to stay one night, lol.
Hotel was clean . Location was good except it was a little too far off 95.
The hotel overall was excellent, the studio suite was very spacious and clean, hassle free check in,front desk was very fast, nice and respectful,
I was put in a handicap room. Horrible hotel
Please let me know how you get a 2.5 star rating when you advertise a breakfast and it only is coffee and a bun. Not good!! Also no wakeup call and not even a pen in the room!
The Internet wiifi is terrible they made it slow to force u purchase $3.99 high speed even if u purchase that it is still slow, when I spoke to wiifi support group they told me size of hotel guests and the system they got are an equal.
Spacious and clean
Continental breakfast very limited
Room was musty and had dog hair on blankets and couch. The room also smelled of dog urine.
No daily fresh towels, had to empty my trash daily, no maid service. Staff was never at the front desk
Convenience to stores & restaurants. Safe part of town. Very spacious rooms with well stocked kitchens. Consistently good front desk service. Nice pool. Laundry room.
Neighbors smoking in room when supposed to be non-smoking. Large dogs accepted in rooms. One dog barks loudly in hall. Public computer in lobby was locked up and desk clerk couldn't get it started. Charge 15 cents per copy for bad copies.
Price was good. Room was good sized.
Breakfast is for the birds. Only granola bars and packaged muffins. NO JUICE. what hotel doesn't serve juice?
Rooms are nice, decent sized too.
Breakfast isnt breakfast like ofher hotels, it's literally granola bars and muffins. No juice.
Clean, spacious, location.
The tap for shower is broken.
Everyone was very accommodating and helpful
The Hotel was very clean,The staff was helpful. The room was beautiful very clean. The breakfast was ok. We used the the pool and the free Internet.I would highly recommend this Hotel to all my family & friends.Thank you ,The Bouck's
The breakfast it didn't have much to chose from.
The rooms were great as a studio with all the amenaties.
They only clean my room 2 times from May 1 - May 12 ???
Room was large and roomy.
There was no coffee except in the morning. The breakfast wasn't hot. The hotel was a long way from any major highway.
At this particular location I rated this hotel across the board a 10 from the time we arrived till departure. This was our first stay at this location for 2 & 2. All free amenities were available as stated. Great hotel spot.
Not on this stay
The location is perfect, near stores and restaurants. The hotel is clean and had the necessary amenities. Laundry room included on main floor. The room was also clean. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
The breakfast selection could have included more healthy choices. The kitchen area in the room could have provided a single serving set of plastic plates/utensils and cups; as well as paper towels.
I had to switch room because when I pulled the covers back on the bed there was hair all over the sheets and a zip lock bag with pill.
Staff was polite...really did not help my situation but they were polite. Flat screen television...WOO HOOO!
I was given a smoking room. No effort was made to make arrangements for another room. The smoking room was beyond what one would even expect...it was horrendous due to the smoking. Additionally, the closet doors were off the track. Room was beat up.
Reserved a non-smoking room and they had given it away before I arrive. They gave me a smoking room that smelled awful. Towels were worn, leather was worn off of the chairs and the sheets did not fit the bed. TV remote did not work. Shabby overall
You're put in the handi-cap room when you reserve through priceline..been here several times and you automatically are put in this room unless you pay a 20 dollar 'upgrade'fee, don't think thats right..
The setting of the hotel was very attractive, the building exterior and landscaping well kept. The pool and lounge areas were also very nice.
I would have given my room a higher rating because the layout was great. However, it reeked to dog smell, making me gag when I went into the room. I tried to change the room but they were booked solid and could not accommodate me.
