Close proximity to LHR Airport and train station.
The A/C sy system did not cool and the bed was not comfortable.I was not as impressed with the hotel as other same star ratings in the US. So I was disappointed with the overall quality of the St. Giles.
This is probably more ' economical' hotel around the Heathrow Airport.
It is not near the airport. The hotel is kind of old.
Bathroom was dirty. Even though we asked for non smoking, people were smoking everywhere . It is a cheap local hotel prices posted on the outside '£45 per night' it should be 2 star hotel not 3This should be 2 star hotel not 3 .
Everything was terrible we liked nothing
I wish we had never stayed it was a bad ending to a beautiful vacation.I would suggest you remove this hotel from your list. We would like a refund and will be talking to management.
