The room was nice and big with a comfy bed and had a good table to do work at.
when I first walked up there was police cars in the parking lot and the breakfast coffee was left out with garbage spilled sugar and it was 5:30pm. its in a heavy industrial area I will stay at the other extended stay in Tacoma which is far superior
I like having the kitchenette. It make you feel like a home away from home.so you can cook in the room instead of offering out.
Not having the dishes available upon checking in.
ROOM HAD DOG FLEES GOT BITTEN BAD & WONT STAY THERE ANYMORE!!
Amazing guest service, clean nice room. was disappointed its more of an industrial area so no where in walking distance to explore and eat.
Worste experience ,hotel hell
Our room was robbed in broad daylight, took 3 days for the staff to even make report or notice the damage ,which was visable,to the door, felt like I wasn't safe and with all the car breakins.just the worste ,dirty, inside and outside, avoid this hotel
Good price, clean and spacious rooms.
Noisy location. Could smell the lumber (pulp) mill nearby
The breakfast skimmpy
Not too much in fact. The staff was very friendly though but could not help that the required non smoking room was not available. A big shopping Mall with enough dining facilities required a 10 minutes drive.
There were no non smoking rooms available upon my arrival, so I was put in a smoking room. The smell was terrible and stayed with me all of the day after. Breakfast was just a candy bar, cup cake, juice, coffee or tea.
Clean and Nice
So called free breakfast was just coffee and granola bars
Staff is so accommodating and friendly, and the room was quiet and had everything I need!
Only good thing was the beds were comfortable and the doors locked.
Filthy room, no soap or shampoo, paneling coming off in the bathroom, toilet hadn't been cleaned in a couple weeks, complimentary breakfast 'desk' was near empty w/45 min left to serve guests.
Its comfortable, clean, and modern.
Our room(108) had obviously been updated recently. Everything looked new and in great shape. We were only there for one night but would certainly stay there again if arriving on Amtrak because of the convenient location near I-5 and the station.
Customer service was excellent.
Luke warm water in the bathroom sink. Water supply line was leaking and the drain stopper was disconnected
Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes.
I had an ADA room that was spacious. I didn't realize I was getting a kitchenette. Next time I will be better prepared. It was surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to I-5.
The advertised breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and granola bars. It would be nice to have coffee in the room.
I liked that it had groomed lawns and a nice exterior
The wait we had trying to get into the room. The room was not cleaned when we got there after a 5 hour drive.
I was given a smoking room, which was so smelly, even a smoker wouldn't have liked it! I never have been and never will be a smoker and I could not stay in that room. They charged me extra when I asked to be moved.
room is not bad, was clean and adequately furnished. Kitchenette was a nice addition.
Hotel has no amenities of any kind, there is basically no lobby, no restaurants or bars on site. Does not even have ice machines or hardly even vending machines. Does have a requirement that all adult quests must show ID and sign the register
It had kitchen as said on the internet
We got non smoking room but when we got to the hotel they gave us smoking room. We couldn't sleep because of the smell
Employees were very nice.
Lack of instructions - no clearly marked signs to tell us where to get kitchen things and other like things.
The only issue I had was the breakfast was only coffee, apple. and small muffin located in the small entry way.
Friendly. Pretty clean. Good enough for the price.
The overall stay was more than I expected.
Various odors in the hallway.
Room next to lobby, not soundproof so were kept awake at night by staff talking. No channel guide
Being able to cook
Too far from groc. Store by
The hotel clerk, was extremely kind and accommodating. She made my expetience positive.
Hallways smelled like French fries, loud factory and highway sounds could be heard in the room.
Very friendly and helpful employee at front desk!
General area was industrial
the bathroom looked clean but there was a smell of old urine
That there is good room service
That they are uneasy on helping people
Staff very friendly and helpful..Rooms were clean..
Could of had milk for cereals
dishes were steralized in between customers
need handicap doors (automatic) smoke alarm kept cherping
The room was nice and spacious. the staff was very professional and kind/
i did not like that you had to ask for dishes, etc. the shower curtain would not stay closed. the rod was hung incorrectly.
Dirty bathroom, asked for non smoking,,,got smoking
I was very happy about the location of the motel to where the event I attended was.It made it very easy to get there in a timely fashion and was easy to back to the room without any complications.
Staff was nice
the room included a kitchenette, with no dishes or glasses or coffee maker. There was not an ice machine at the hotel, when I called I was told there are ice cube trays in the freezer. Empty ice cube trays in the freezer on an 85 degree day.
Close to the event I was attending.
My four pillows where at the foot of my bed without pillow cases. There was hair stuck to the shower wall. At 8:30AM the coffee was gone and not much to choose from for breakfast. No effort was taken by staff to accomodate.
Aimee was very nice
Noisy, kind of grungy and I was worried about my car because there were some unsavory characters hanging around the parking lot.
The hotel looked like every extended stay america
The iron didnt work, there was no dishes in the room, no one was ever in the front desk, doors to come in the building werent working, stained chairs and couch, breakfast ended 930am.i was booked for 3 days and they checked me out the day after.
The two young ladies staffing the front desk THAT evening. Had to make a special request to check-in as they lounged in the break room drinking cokes, eating popcorn, gossiping and watching TV. So sorry to inconvenience you and request you do your job!
Location and price.
Rooms were dirty, my room still had trash in it from previous occupant. Brown stained towel next to the toilet. Had to switch to this room from another room with a sticky floor that smelled like body odor.
The location and services were as expected.
This was the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. Ashes all over the bathroom floor, hair in the bathtub, and food all over the kitchen under the microwave etc.
the room was bigger than i thought
very stuffy and people seemed sketchy
Price was very good
I was checked into an uncleaned room initially, then moved to a second room which was cleaned but window curtain was tacked up crookedly by a hook. There were long strands of hair and stains on the bed. it was an uncomfortable stay.
First of all Extended stay should not be rated 2 stars, it is in the same category as Motel 6 only less clean. I spilled some water on the floor & mopped it up with a towel, the towel was BLACK,the floor was so dirty. The carpets spelled like urine. GROSS
it has a room that is dry
The service was awful, awful, awful, I would give a 0 if I could. They 'lost' my Priceline reservation and charged me full rate. They made me wait an hour, gave me a already occupied room (!) than after another hour gave me a dirty room!!
I liked that it was all new and updated inside the rooms.
Yes I did not like that there was absolutely no privacy. I asked the front desk to make sure the maintenance man did not come because problem had fixed itself. They didn't cancel the request for him and he proceeded to come in the room WITHOUT knocking
Location was good for our work needs.
I was traveling with a co-worker and we needed separate beds. Mgr said could only get separate beds with a surcharge of $11.39 and the beds ended up being small, realisticly for only one person each. Cheap, unfriendly attitude on this issue.
We do a lot of travelling and this by far was one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at. The ESAs we've seen always look nice from the outside. We like dogs but it seemed like every guest had brought theirs along. Don't know if that contributed to the bad smell in the hallways or not. We didn't get the type of room we reserved (2 double beds) but instead were given a room with 1 king (that made a noise every time someone made the slightest movement) and a bed couch with broken springs. They don't provide shampoo, conditioner, or lotion so make sure you bring your own if you stay here. And there's no fan or ventilation in the bathroom which is really bad considering the toilet, shower, and sink are all in one room. If you want your bed made or room cleaned evey day then plan on paying extra ($10) unless you stay for 6 or more days. Next time we'll pay extra to stay some place with better accomodations and hopefully get a decent night's rest.
