Pros:I liked that I only spent one night there
Cons:The hotel and the room had a terrible smell. The pictures online look nice. In person it looks like a run down place. Parking is terrible and there’s no room in the breakfast area. It’s so crammed with people in a tiny space. One of the exterior doors that require a room key didn’t even latch; it just opened. I suppose the hotel got the job done but I paid double of what it was worth.
Cons:At a glance, room looked clean. As soon as I pulled the cover off the bed, I found hair in it, as well as on the pillows. It didn't stop there, hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. Oh yeah, hair on the doughnut that they have in the lobby in the morning. I happened to stay one night during the week that had inflated prices, by double or triple the regular, on all Flagstaff hotels. So it didn't help my overall experience that I paid $150 OTD for this dump. I checked out the next day and went to America's Best Value Inn, which was much better.

Cons:Do not accept room 151... i called ahead, i got there late, i booked it that day after calling, they had no record of my call, the gal i spoke with said she'd make sure i was in a dog room and my check in time but didnt tell me there was a fee and didnt do any of it anyway. they put me in the same hallway right across from the ice machine. there was a 2" gap around the door to my room, so my dog would bark every time someone went by with their dog or every time someone used the ice machine which had no kurfew. i shoved a towel in the gap between door and jam and bottom of door to floor to no avail, i tried to turn the tv on for white noise for the dog but it would automatically turn itself off. i kept waking up to find it off and turn it back on. i was sick, I had driven 6 hours to get there, and I really just needed to sleep. they gave me $20 off my bill. it still wasnt worth the $56 it ended up costing me.
Pros:It is clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Great central location for our explorations of the area. The Village Inn next door has good food and great pie.
Cons:The wifi was intermittent and the last day the shower water was cold (it was full up and 12°F, so this may have been the problem).
