Great value for the price. Amenities match star rating. Clean.
Breakfast ends at 9 AM. Kind of early if you ask me.Standard roadside motel. Clean, fast service, continental breakfast. Would stay here again.
Many breakfast options and a cheap price
Black mold in shower
The room was clean. The staff was friendly. It was near the freeway and accessible to restaurants.
I didn't have a chance to check out their breakfast, since they end at 9 a.m. It would be nice if they would go till 10.
It was nice that the hotel had restaurants nearby that allowed us to order carry out. I also appreciated that pets were allowed.
I did not like the desk staff or the condition of our room. I also didn't appreciate that the $15 pet fee was not advertised at all prior to check in. Also I was placed in a smoking room when specifically asked for and signed for nonsmoking. This hotel was just ok. It's a place to stay if you really have no preference in condition of hotels or if you won't be there for long. I personally didn't even feel clean sleeping there. There were three big things that bothered me about this hotel. First was the desk staff. I did not like the girls who were working the front desk. Both when I checked in and when I checked out there were young girls working who neither seemed to know what they were talking about nor seemed to care. When I went to check out I waited for almost five mins before the girl at the desk even looked up at me...
It was an affordable budget hotel.
This was not the type of hotel I was expecting to get. I was disappointed.Hotel was okay.
They charge me $10 to get two singles instead of one king size bedMy only issue with the hotel was the fact they wouldn't work with us because we book on Priceline itself they charge me an additional $10 to change from a king size bed to two queens I didn't think that was fair they're not willing to work with it the only thing they said was if you book on Priceline that we up all everything cost additional fees to me it's more of a customer service issue it shouldn't be a big deal if you have a room why not let us have it. It was the same cost either way.
That they had a good continental breakfast and had refig and microwaves in the room.
The front desk had great difficulty confirming my 'pre-paid' reservation. They had my reservation via priceline but wanted to charge me again for the room. I called priceline and the automated system confirmed my pre-paid reservation.
The were nice and large.
We were charged a $15 surcharge to have a non-smoking room!
Our room had a Fridge and a Microwave
That it was rated as a 2 STAR. Priceline's own web page stated Super 8 was a 1 * & Holiday Inn & middle hotels were 2 Stars. Thus, when I bid on a 2 Star Hotel, I was not happy to get a 1 *brand. Priceline REFUSED to make things right! Will NOT use again! For a Supper 8 it was not bad, might even stay there again - But will use another company to book it! Could have gotten the same deal without all the restrictions and headaches.
It was right next to food places
