Clean and awesome staff
No loved it
Dirty, dated, and loud.
The hotel was a good location. Clean quiet area off the interstate and close enough to drive to Birch Run without too much hassle.
I wish they offered free breakfast for hotel guests.
Great service, clean room, comfortable beds.
the only positive thing I can say is the staff was fantastic.
The mattress was in poor shape. The room was certainly not what I would expect the Marriott to be like, more like a one star hotel.
There was no free breakfast or coffee in the morning.
I liked the whole experience
I didn't like that breakfast was not included
Sofa sleeper was old and needed replacing and not very comfortable.
the cleanliness design and comfort of the hotel
I liked the location near to the airport. The staff that checked you in were polite and helpful.
The room was very dirty. The furniture was very old and stained including the couch. I would not have slept there more than 1 night.
Breakfast choices were limited and expensive in relation to the quality of the food.
Great location, guest laundry, hotel store charged reasonable for laundry soap.
Left a blanket in the room that was not located. Hope whom ever has it needs it more than me. It was hand made with a lot of live.
no free breakfast
it needed upgrade.. it was looking old
Great hotel with Great staff
Lots if you care call me
Front desk staff were excellent, helpful, and positive, particularly staff when I checked in. She worked very hard and cheerfully to accommodate my requests.
There was no courtyard at this Courtyard. Bed was mushy, not firm, so I didn't sleep well. Room curtains looked 25 years old. Towels were thin. TV lacked channels that were listed. My 7am wake-up call came at 7:10. More a Motel 6 than Marriott Courtyard.
Staff very friendly and the reception area was modern and had atmosphere.
Room was incredibly small more like central London than Flint MI.
The location was great.
I didn't like the fact that they did not offer breakfast.
The updated lobby was a nice surprise. Spacious, comfortable and inviting! We ate in the food/bar area once. It was very good (for quick upscale bar food). Made fresh to order. Every staff member was helpful and courteous w/o exception. Decent wrkout rm
Our room wasn't as 'updated' as the lobby. And,it had a light smoky/musty scent, not worth changing rooms. But noticeable. No fridge in the room, and no vending machines on our floor.Ice only.
Nice lobby. Indoor pool. Indoor jacuzzi.
Staff isn't very accommodating. No free breakfast. The rooms are very underwhelming for 3 star hotel. The TV is even underwhelming.
Clean and convenient
No breakfast offered. Have not been to a hotel in a long time that did not offer breakfast. We stayed four nights at--- a night
When I tried to print my boarding pass I was having problems. I finally found a staff member who told me that the computer I was using would not print that I had to use the other computer. there was no apology...no sign...and I had to hunt for someone:(
My kids loved access to the indoor pool especially the fact that it opened at 6:00 am. We were only in flint for a short overnight stay checking in after 10 pm and checking out at 10 am so they took advantage of every minute they could to swim in the poo
the toilet ran all night and required myself having to atempt repair at 2am several times - i fixed it. kept me up all night so at 3:30 AM i took a shower - the shower would not turn off.... called the front desk and the young man was prompt to respond to
It had no microwave or refrigerator in room; some tv channels didn't work
The staff was very accommodating.
The pool was shut down while we were there.
The room is clean, the bed is pretty comfortable, pillow is too soft though.
The AC/Heat unit does not have 'auto' setting, so the heat kept blowing all night long. It was so dry.
The exercise room, pool, and lounge area.
The very worn out old looking couch in the room, and the bed was very bouncy.
Apparently I believe when I book double occupancy...I didn't expect a pullout couch....but they said that was priceline...so not happy with you.
Was happy to get a ground floor room. Clean.
When My handicapped Mother was left waiting outside in the rain (in her wheelchair) because the key card for the side entrance didn't work 'it must have got water in the slot' The staff was very unconcerned. I was not satisfied with their response.
This hotel has apparently charged us$20 additional without any notice to us! We received absolutely nothing additional but our charge card was charged after we checked out. This happened before with Priceline. The motels are apparently unhappy so scam!!
Very easy to get to.
We needed 2 beds and was told we had a king bed and a pull out sofa, the room had only a King bed and a chair. When calling the front desk we were told they were sold out and that was the only room left. We were eventually given 2 rollaways which worked.
facility like swimming pool, finest and restaurant are poor.
Disappointed in this hotel, the room was tired and had a poor smell, the bed was old.
The staff were very friendly and helpful in finding local places to eat. Lobby is really nice looking.
The room was worn & dated, there was no fridge/microwave,no free breakfast like we have experienced at even 2 star hotels. Everything was at a cost & not a reasonable cost. The 'Market' in the lobby had soda for 2.50 & small 99 cents bag of chips for 3.50
Great loca tion, great mattress in room and good tv. Also room clean
When clerk t front desk realizes we paid trough Priceline , she gave us cheapest room, and very small, with no reading lamps, dirty, old couch, and antiquated heating system. This is defiantly not a 3stars hotel. This is also not the first time for us
The room was clean and comfortable. Some construction in gathering area, so pool and hot tub were closed during the day. Breakfast and lobby bathrooms were relocated to meeting rooms and was not that nice. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.
Great service. The people were very welcoming and extremely helpful in making suggestions for where to eat, etc.
Great place to stay...
