The staff at the Queens Village office was great and the value of the rental was excellent.Cons:
My car got a flat in Massachusetts and Enterprise did nothing to help. After a wait of five hours, roadside assistance told me they had arranged a replacement car- which they insisted upon, rather than simply patching the damaged tire. When I arrived at the local office, there was no car for me. I was subsequently told I would be charged for not returning the car on-time (which I could not do, as I was stranded in Massachusetts). The local office staff are helpful but the central office is terrible.10.0 Wonderful

I've had success at this Avis location in the past so I tried using them again.Cons:
The car was not ready (needed vacuumed) when I picked it up. After I left the location as was en route to my destination I noticed this horrible smell and since Windows were open when we did the walk through with car, I didn't notice the horrible smell of smoke. I didn't have time to return car so I had to drive almost 500 miles with this horrible smelling car. I am very disappointed in the service.Budget
