Ahead of time I said that I could possibly need a cot considering we have 2 older children of the opposite sex. There wasn't anything available to us, and my kids had to sleep in the same little couch bed, and were not happy. Also the office was very hard to find, and reach someone.
The staff, Gabriel, was excellent. Very helpful, he waited for us at the railway station and helped carry our heavy luggage all the way to the apartment. Please pay him good bonus! The apartment was gorgeous, real value for money. We were not really satisfied at the other places where we didn't use That's Italy Apartments service.
The apartment was so nice. Room for all of us. Comfortable and seemed to be in a nice part of the city. Nicely furnished and quiet.
There was not a sitting area other than the kitchen table. A sofa or two would have been nice.
Katya and Tommas were incredibly helpful. We had major problems with our luggage not arriving and they could not have been more helpful. The apartment at Via Serali 55 was perfectly located, much better than on the other side of the Arno as it was quiet and we felt that we were staying with locals rather than tourists. Just perfect. The beams on the ceiling in the bed area were ok once we were used to them - my husband is 6 feet 4 inches tall! and we really didn't have a problem.
Only that we had to leave!
Apartment was very nice and spacious.
I was confused about whether it was a hotel or a portfolio of apartments, so went to the office location rather than the apartment, and wasted much time. The apartment, while very nice, is on a very noisy and busy street.
