Very clean bathroom & jaquzzi tub, the bed extremely comfy.
Not enough bath towels for two people.Parking was very tight. When I told a friend where we stayed,he gently explained that hotel is notorious for mafia hang out & drug deals!!!!
The room was awesome.
There isn't enough parking on the premises. Free parking might mean on the street. The nearest subway is not w/i walking distance. However, there is a bus across the street that will take you to the subway, restaurants, and mall. For those that are driving, Manhattan is w/i a 15 minute ride through the Midtown Tunnel. Hotel is w/i walking distance to popular parks.
I love the bathroom because they provide you with an abundance of amenities, more so than some four or five star hotels. Last but not least, I truly respect the fact that they are conscious about saving water.
I do not have any complaints. This hotel is very comfortable. Once you enter the lobby, you will see a big fish tank at the front desk, which is a nice view. The overall decor of the place was very nice.
24*7 coffee and tea supplyWish there was a drinking water supply Wish there was shuttle to and from airport
The renovations to the hotel rooms gave this motel a step up from regular motels. Free breakfast for all guests was great. Staff cleans the room, change the sheets and towels when requested.
Parking is terrible if you're getting a rental car. If you're staying locally, you're better of with taking public transportation. No laundry room. A little far from the nearest train station.
It was really clean.
I was really confused when I got to the reception and they told me that the roll away beds were not available for our room and that they were only for kids, when in any policy said so. They gave us hard time because of this. The receptionists are tough
Everything. Even though they were going to charge me for my first night, they threatened to cancel reservation because I was arriving after a late flight. Nothing special about rooms - constant noise ALL NIGHT from EMPLOYEES talking and walking in halls. This felt more like a hotel that should rent by the hour, as I am sure some of the 'guests' there were. Nothing like the website showed. Shower leaked, no temp. control. MINISCULE parking lot (maybe 10 spaces). Owners permanently parked at least 3 of their 'classic' cars (non-working rust buckets) making the lot even smaller. No street parking available. Someone hit my rental car overnight, and they 'lost' the video footage showing it. There were staff and 'hourly guests' walking and screaming through the night (both nights I was there) all night long. The lobby is open through all 3 floors, so you hear all the noise anywhere in the hotel. Overall, it was a disaster, and no where nea...
Sheets were dirty & I requested the staff to change them. The housekeeper was very nice. There was no ice machine, but the housekeeper did bring up a bucket from the kitchen.
The jacuzzi was very nice and fairly new, also the bed was pretty big and pretty comfy.
The huge fish tank at the front desk, it looks nice but it gives off a fishy smell. They might wanna clean it more often. And the 'free breakfast' was some old fruit a few slices of toast and a few slices of cheese (the ones w the plastic still on)sucked!
