hotel staff was the best I have met. they met our every needs with the best possible attitude.
nothing except putting it on the best side of town. it isn't very bad. it is very close to the police station but my wife had a horrible incident a few months before that just 1 block from the front door of the station. other than that I would stay again
public areas were very nice. Had a restaurant.
the desk staff. rooms a bit datedI can believe this may have been a 3 star at one time but that time has long since past. We got 3 rooms and had to be switched out of one right away because the toilet was leaking. The bathtub had been refinished and I know this because there were huge blisters in the paint that moved as when I stepped on them while showering. Two of the rooms were frezing cold all night and when we mentioned it to the guy at the desk (the same guy that checked us in) he just shrugged and said 'your rooms are on the old system and it has to be manually switched from cool to heat on the roof' I thought hmmm It's December and we had an ice storm 3 days ago you would think they would have thought to TURN THE HEAT ON. I travel all the time and it is sad that one of the worst experiences Ive had in the last year was right in my home town. The power was out in our area so we just wante...
Staff was courteous and nice. Love the atmosphere.
The only thing is AC was not even running right even set it on high. I thought the hotel already fixed that after customers put in feedback.
The staff were friendlyThe first night we were there we had no heat in our room. The second night our room was too hot.
The staff! Very helpful, polite and accommodating. I have on leg in a cast...they up-graded my room so that I was closer to the elevators.
Nice clean looking on outside and lobby.
Our heat did not work and they did not come and even look Even after we called several times. Nor did they offer To put us in different room. One of beds had hair on it not clean as should been.It was worth what we paid for and we were in out that night shopping I was disappointed in customer service and cleanness for 3 star hotel. More like 1 star hotel to me.
It's still a comfortable place even though it needs updating badly
There's very little parking for a hotel this size - design doesn't seem to make any sense
Like the pool
Heater in room did not workNice hotel for price. I would most definitely stay here again
USUALLY WHEN I BOOK ON PRICELINE THE ROOM IS IN A CORNER OR IN A PLACE THAT IF I BOOKED REGURALLY..I WOULDNT GET THE WORST LOCATION.LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS GREAT, IT WAS CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYESS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY NICE.
The staff was nice although there weren't enough.
They use an Old AC/Heat system that they have to manually change over in your room. Neighborhood is very loud. Definitely shoudl not be a 3 star equivalent to a Marriott.
