Spacious; incredibly welcoming and friendly staff, the location, the price.
No, it was just rightA great choice. Its north-side location and proximity to shopping and the interstate was convenient. The staff was very gracious and the rooms were clean and well-appointed. The property is aging a bit, but still a good value.
For the price, it was the best deal I have had in years.Staff was amazing, and the price was extremely fair.
Full kitchen, including oven and full refrigerator! Great flexibility in the room, including sofa bed, which made for a very home-like atmosphere. Nice television with good channels. Comfortable bed. The open kitchen with counter and barstools was lovely.
At checkout the post was abandoned. The breakfast was a little on the cheap side. The entrance was not properly labeled so it was difficult to figure out how to get in.This is a great place to stay for people who like feeling comfortable and independent at a hotel. The kitchen is complete with oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and full-sized refrigerator. An open kitchen 'window' with counter and barstools makes communication between the kitchen and the rest of the room easy. A sofa bed is a great addition to that at-home feeling, with the ability to sit on the couch, or in bed, and watch television. The room is equipped with a proper desk for work, too. It is a bit tricky to find the entran...
The staff were beyond expectation in being helpful and accomodating. The entrance is kind of annoying to find, but other than that, they 'gym' (one treadmill in a room with a tv) and the lack of daily room service-of which I can't complain.
The 'gym' and the lack of daily room service.I think overall for the price I paid for the hotel it was very roomy, comfortable and had every needed accommodation. I was able to cook easily and had a great time.
Our room was given to someone else. They gave us a 'clean' room. It was labeled as nonsmoking but it clearly was not. We found cigarette ashes in the sheets. It was disgusting it should be rated 1*.This hotel was the WORST we have ever stayed. It was unclean, smelled strongly of smoke, cigarette ashes in sheets. Disgusting. I cannot believe that Priceline rates this as 2.5*. It should be 1*.
no shampoo!!! odd location, in terms of getting into the hotel - you have to go into other hotels to get into this one... confusing
Clean, big room, nice staff!
A little out of downtown. The new manager is great, cares about his guests! The hotel is near a few restaurants were you can walk to. The room was big and clean and the grab and go breakfast enough if you don't need a buffet in the morning. I really enjoyed my 3 nights there!
Location for where I needed to be.
The room was not very clean, older and outdated. The breakfast buffet was really what they called a 'grab and go' breakfast - small muffins, granola bars, coffee, fruit. Minimal choices.
My it husband and I went there to have an overnight getaway and It was fine. It was pretty much what we expected and the staff was fine.
1:There were towels, but no washcloths and when we asked for some they had to go hunt for them because they could not find them. 2. The toilet was plugged and WE were given a plunger to do it ourself! 3. The trash had not been emptied. So here's the scoop: Great room, so-so staff help. Great for visiting short term or visits, but definitely not for romance!
Pretty average hotel.
No shampoo or soap in the room. Kleenex box was empty. Cabinet doors in kitchen were very sticky and not clean. 'Breakfast' in the morning was just muffins and oatmeal. Not that great. Would not stay in another extended stay America hotel.
