They allowed us to check in early. The staff was friendly, although we did not require much. The room was clean. Overall it was a good experience.
The bed was a little on the hard side. The curtains did not adequately shade the parking lot light during the night. You could smell the different foods being cooked in other rooms that was a little off putting. It met our needs. We would stay there again if given the chance. We looked for prices with this same chain for our up coming family vacation.
I liked that there was a full kitchen area in the rooms with REAL plates and silverware.
The carpet was dirty, the furniture was worn out, and the painting in the rooms was old and needed a re-touch. Also, the shower made a loud sqweak noise as it was running. The common areas and stairways were very dirty. Staff was great and the belt felt amazing.
The room was nice & large so that we were very comfortable. We only stayed one night, but were pleased with the location
The kitchen supplies were a little lacking, but the staff was more than willing to get what we needed. For an extended stay it was a nice one
Friendly staff, big room.
Smell in hallways and elevator
The bed in my room was comfortable
Yes as I got out of my car there was people parked across from me in their van smoking pot and I could smell it very strongly. I went inside and there was a man with a child on the couch in the lobby just hanging around. It was late and the little girlNeeded to be in bed. I reported the issue in the parking lot and they called the police. It just gave me an uneasy feeling because I was traveling alone and in a strange city. I also didn't see any breakfast in the morning available that they were supposed to offer.
Good location just minutes away from lots of places to eat and right off of the highway as well
It was disgusting my room was filthy but i travel with cleaning products/sheets so i just cleaned and sanitized everything myself. There was pubs all over the toilet and poop a dirty towel was left hanging on the back of the bthrm door tub had hair in it
exercise room is a tread mill. breakfast is a fruit bar both are jokes. hallways stink. 32 in flat screen but poorly mounted cant turn to look at from deskthere is no way this is a 2.5 star maybe a 1 to a 1.5 when the you come don't expect much. room was clean but over all not worth the star rating given
Satff was great, I prepaid for a 2 day stay, I wasn't able to make my first night and they held my reservation for me.
No indoor pool, I don't think a seasonal pool should be an options for bids. I purposely picked this star level because it said it had a pool. I didn't even see an outdoor pool while we were there. Public areas very small, lobby, elevator, ect.Very basic, which is fine, that was all I needed, and it was a perfect location for where we needed to go.
Spacious room. Having a kitchen wasn't necessary but was nice
Beds were clearly economy beds. There room was clearly worn and old, stains on the carpet, drapes, and sofa. Sofa and drapes looked to have dried blood on them (not overly obvious. but I noticed. and wasn't looking. Only about 28 channels on TVThere were basically no amenities; tiny drab lobby, and really bad access to the hotel. Was the worst 2.5 star experience I have had.
