We are approximately 6 miles from downtown Fort Worth and approximately 2 miles from great restaurants. The Fort Worth Museum is located about 6 miles from the Hotel while the very famous Will Rogers Stadium is only 5 miles away. Complimentary morning Coffee/Tea/Decaf only.
The toilet seat wasn't attached, and Was on the floor. It smelled. The service was bad it looked like a drug den.
Large room, right off I-30, at least linens were clean.
Very dirty, pancake-flat pillows, holes in walls, obscenities scratched in the doors, roaches, dust.
I only stayed 1 night
From the time I walked out of my car to the time I handed in the key card
Shitty isn't even a suitable word.
I hated everything.
Did not like anything about it.
It did not look as the picture on the front, it was condem, the first room they put me in was dirty and the door would not close. They put me in a second room and it was infested my roaches.. I call kayka and they did not refund me my money even though I talk with the manager of the hotel and said I would pay one night and not five night. The company kayka didn't do anything for me and I was charged for 5 nights instead of one. The representive was so poor at his job, he didn't even apologies to what's going I and did not offer a discount or suggest another hotel. I'm very pissed off and telling everyone I know not to go on this site. I'll go with priceline.com
Our room was broken into and all of our stuff was stolen. When the police came they verified that our room had been entered by someone with a key. The staff refused to allow us to view the tapes and told the police they would need a warrant. Moments after the police left they began calling and pounding on the door that we needed to leave immediately even though we had already paid for the night. They wouldn't refund and Kayak was nice enough to credit us back the money. Also, the place was full of dead and live roaches BUT we expected that for the price and didn't mind it so much because we didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars waiting for our apartment to be ready. What was gross, however, was the hairs in the sink and bathtub.
