It was in the place I wanted to stay
Your express deal cost $3 more than if I had booked with choice . com. I think I am done with Priceline. The room was clean but the furniture was all beat up and there were only two straight back chairs. Not what I expect from a 2 1/2 star.Below average
Big nice rooms, nice breakfast, very nice front desk person.
one of the rooms smelled like smoke, although it was a non-smoking roomBig rooms with table and chairs, more than enough room, really nice. Very nice, beautiful japanese Restaurant 'Kome' very close to the hotel, great food, great service, went out of their way to make a delicious Udon noodle dish for us!!!
spacious rooms locaation next to a walking/bike path hot tub and pool
fake eggs at breakfast are a bit nastythere is an awesome restaurant in Fortuna - L's Kitchen. Closeness to wonderful Ferndale is a definite plus
Very Quiet, plus comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.Very easy access just off freeway, but far enough so noise is not a problem, and the rooms here are very quiet. The facilities here are excellent with pool, hot tub and exercise room. A very nice breakfast provided until 9:00am with waffle makers, eggs, biscuits and gravy, assorted cereals, fruit, juice, coffee, and tea. Nice large parking area and an easy walking trail located right along the river. The staff is very friendly and eager to provide assistance when needed.
It was clean. There were many options at breakfast. Nice staff. Decent pool and spa.
not reallyI always travel south for vacations, so being in northern CA was an experience. The hotel is across the street from the Eel River. Very nice.
Friendly, helpful staff, large well appointed & equipped room.
Would have requested a room overlooking the river had I known there was a river. Not a big deal.Great, friendly, helpful staff, breakfast choices, room appointments and equipped appropriately. Needs better signage at Riverwalk Rd. so nighttime travelers know they're in the right place (not an industrial complex). Overall it was excellent and I will definitely stay again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel smelled like body odor and the hot breakfast was awful. I found hair in the coffee maker, which sat below the hair dryer.Pros: the room was roomy and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.Cons: the hotel smelled like body odor, I found hair in the coffee maker, which sat under the hair dryer in the bathroom, and the hot breakfast was the worst I have ever tried; they used powdered eggs and sausage gravy that tasted like glue. The television did not have a channel guide and the remote did not allow us to key in numbers to get to a specific channel; viewers have to click through each channel slowly to find a channel that works and that has a decent program. I won't ever stay at this hotel again.
Off season price made this one night stay on the way to our destination a great value! The fact that it was on, and our room overlooked the river was a great surprise.
Clean place ,cordial help, good price and a nice view
