The thermal river, called "Rio Perdido," which means lost river, is not only the hotel's namesake but also its primary attraction. The river draws its heat from deep magma flows in the earth's core. Eight registered springs sprinkle the area surrounding the thermal river, allowing guests to take refreshing dips in different breathtaking areas.
