Staff was very friendly. For the same price, gave us a super upgrade which was extremely comfortable and felt very safe.Cons:
BUT we didn't want an upgrade, even for the same price. Ended up with way too much car, one with an extended learning curve (even the guy walking us through it couldn't explain the navigation to us, and it was not intuitive!)10.0 Wonderful

Staff was dressed nicely and were very nice.Cons:
When receiving the car i insisted that the tires were not inflated enough and they checked it with a dinky tire gauge... An few hours out of san francisco the tire went flat and i got stuck on the side of the road. Car was dirty and smelled like it wasnt even aired out after the last driver. Car had some gear issue at the end of the trip and kept over heating. It was very very expensive for the car i got.Avis

Pros:
Nothing, they refuse to provide a rental car asking for the second driver to have a credit card or a debit card with two bills showing the residence address. Ridiculous, second driver should only need a driver license as long as I provide a major credit card. Enterprise is a complete nonsense - untrained employees.Cons:

We had to cancel because we needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle. They didn't even have one on the lot. When I called a Hertz nearby, not only did they have a 4 wheel drive available, but for $20 CHEAPER!10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Car was a great car for driving around california. Quite zippy and very easy to parallel park. When picking up car, I felt it was a bit dirty outside and inside. Looked like Car had been vacuumed but windows, dashboard and and steering wheel were dirty. A simple detail would solve the problem so the next client can be assured a clean driving rental vehicle. I would rent again from both Enterprise and Kayak website.Budget

Not the car I arranged for. There was a 14 dollar charge because I drove less than 75 miles. After I demanded they take it off they did. This is the dumbest thing I ever have see. A fee for driving to few miles when the rental was unlimited mileage. I am sure a lot of people just don't notice.7.2 Good

I had to wait 10 min to talk with an employee The car was not clean (found a cup of coffee on the passenger seat) and other stuff Car was only 3 quarter full and therefore they did not allow me to buy the full fuel tank option This costed me 30 to 40 dollars in Sacramento.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was quick but I’m disappointed that I left my rings in the cup holder and when I called an hour later I was told nothing had been left in the car. The rings aren’t even worth a lot of money - they have heavy sentimental value to me.Cons:

When my wife checked to confirm the operating hours of the location, Hertz informed her that she would need to pay an additional $115 to change the pick-up location and refused to allow her to speak with a supervisor.8.0 Very good
