There was no car available when I went to pick it up and they did not give me any advance warning. I had to wait around and Uber to my destination. The guys were rude. The car (when it finally became available) was smoky.Budget

Altima was very nice, great MPG (37), adaptive cruise control, smooth. Flexibility to change drop off location while in route was nice. Price was great.Cons:
The fella that was at pickup in Marlborough was very friendly, but way to close of a talker given all this COVID stuff. Had a mask on, but not quite covering everything. Was tough to keep any sort of distance from him. Also, car was not cleaned quite well enough. Cup holders had some scuzz and something was splashed on the inside of the windshield.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The man behind the counter looked homeless I wasn't sure if he robbed the place and I was going to be next I actually got the real staff or tied up in the back no uniforms I don't know who's who lady speak so fast and understand one word she said I am handicapped and they did leave me without a ride on route 9 weather is absolute no access to any public transportation period instead of getting a ride I was told where each person lived and how they could not drive me I would not get in the person's car anyway they look so shady 1 person lives in Malden in the other lives in lowelI i know that now That why I don't knowCons:
