Pros:Very friendly and helpful staff and really nice, comfortable and exciting rooms. The rooms have personality and style! Good bed and nice bathroom. They have a very good restaurant (see reviews on Open table), which we didn't try though. Good value for Money
Cons:Location: it feels a little off and the immediate area was a without charm. Taxi to the city centre is 12-15 minutes and about €12 and going to the Messe (our reason for the trip) took 20-30 minutes (Walking and one change). Nice, but next time we'll stay closer to the Messe and restaurants. Only big dissapointment is breakfast - very average and cost €18

Pros:When we arrived at the hotel they could not find out booking. This was due to the fault of Kayak and the website they referred us to, Rent a room. The staff were so helpful. They found us a room and assured us we would not be charged twice for our stay. The staff and facilities at this hotel are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here but do not book through Kayak. Only book through the hotels website.
