I loved the view from the dining room, the breakfast, my room, the giant indoor plants, the proximity to the castle and the friendliness of the owners and staff.
I didn't like paying 200 Czech crowns for a taxi to get to the hotel from the station, especially when it only cost 283 crowns to travel by train from Prague. But even worse than that was the taxi driver who was booked to take me back to the station on Sunday and instead drove me to Cheb. He wanted me to pay 345 crowns, which I didn't do!
Really good looking place inside and outside, excellent first impression, nature, view. Pity for the details...
Not a 3 star hotel but a pension, room looked nice but the details - like not used for a long time, empty minibar off, clean but poor bathroom, not acceptable shower (no shower door but curtain sticking on your body, no soap holder).
The hotel staff - very pleasant and helpful; the location - fresh air, beautiful place and close to the town; excellent breakfast; the sauna
Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The hotel was beautifully presented; the staff were helpful and accommodating. It is an idyllic place to unwind.
