Excellent breakfast and pool
Too bad there are no changing rooms or rest rooms at the pool.A wonderful staff
Clean, uncluttered, all of the amenities that a hotel of this star level should have and a few extras like in room fridge/microwave.
It is located on the outskirts of town. The rear of the property is adjacent to the interstate. We asked for a room on the front of the property (less noise) and were given one.
The breakfast room and lounge was very comfortable. cozy fireplace, nice seats and very freindly staff.
Water in shower was not quite hot enough.
breakfast. Was ok but nothing special .could change it up a little.Nice clean hotel. Nothing special .Would stay again .Probably on of the nicer in the area.
Very nice hotel. Great location for Freeport shopping. Staff very helpful and pleasant. We had a king bed--handicap room, which was very large. Enjoyed the hot breakfast in very comfortable eating area.
No. We were satisfied with everything. This is our second stay at this hotel and would look forward to going again if we travel to Freeport.
The room was conveniently located by the side entrance. Easy to get in and out and our bags.
I did not like the pillows. They weren't very firm and had to take at least 2 pillows to be comfortable. There should be firmer pillows available. The hotel is at a good location right off the highway and just a short drive away from all the attractions in Freeport. Overall, the hotel was clean enough and the beds were comfy. The pillows weren't the best, but maybe had I asked for a different one it would have been better. Happy with our stay.
traffic noise outside highway! It was a nice hotel, I would go again but only if I could pick a room in the front of the building.
Room was spacious and clean. Everything you needed was there or could be had at the front desk. Congenial staff.
Our room was noisy, as it was facing the interstate. The heating system (or something) was just outside its walls and could be heard through the bathroom. Had to wear earplugs. Breakfast was adequate. Eggs were otherworldly.Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. For the price we paid, we were satisfied. It is situated out of the mainstream between two highways so the noise of large trucks through the night was clearly audible. Management seemed intent on keeping the hotel clean and tidy. It is definitely a step up from the 1 and 2 star hotels in the area.
