My reserved car was ready for pick up at the designated time in spite of the fact that this site lost most of its vehicles to the flooding from hurricane Harvey.Cons:

Pros:
The staff called me while I was changing planes to get to Houston and said they had to cancel my reservation because they were closing early for the holiday. It cost me over twice what my reservation was to get another car from another rental agency because they wanted to go home early and not honor their contract. I will never rent from Hertz again. this is the second time they have done this to me in Houston.Cons:

Pros:
Staff were less than friendly upon drop-off and pickup. Became surly when they wanted to upcharge me for a larger car on a pre-paid rental. I reserved a compact and was told that they didn't have any, and would have to charge me more for a larger car. I refused, and the representative became surly and somehow found a compact car.Cons:
The car was filthy dirty, despite the "sanitized" logo on the door. Stained seats and carpet, funky odor, and generally dirty both inside and out. Left rear tire lost air and alarm went on; I had to hunt and hunt and then pay $1.50 to get air in the tires. I reported this when I turned in the car and the representative merely said "we've never had that complaint before with this car."2.0 Poor

Donna Baker was wonderful in correcting an error made by an employee “Jay.” Am hoping all will go smoothly with final billing; therefore cannot give star rating for value.Cons:
It took an hour to make correction and the car I rented had a scratched front bumper, which I was informed would not be a problem for me when I returned car to a different location. It was.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The value was the best in town. I was offered a bottle of water as I waited to pick up my car. Service was fast, fun and friendly to a T. No malfunctions on car. Perfect trip! Will definitely visit again!Cons:
The one thing that would make this a 100% as opposed to a 99% would be if bluetooth in the car would be able to sync with my phone. But not a huge deal, I would think about adding that if possible, however. Other than that, perfecto!!!Budget
