Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
Rooms were a bit dated, and the beds were too firm.
I loved the fact that was everything in walking distance restaurants ,stores, and theme parks
The bed was amazing, most comfortable.
The shower mat was dirty, n had a little ring around the drain.
The room smelled like body odor. Stay away from room 528.
I really liked that there was a target and variety of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.
I didn't like the parking. It was too far away and the spaces were very narrow. They also said free WiFi but it's not. They charge an additional 16 bucks for parking, shuttle service, WiFi, and parking. Well the parking was horrible, the WiFi wasn't working, and we didn't use the shuttle service so why charge?
Big rooms, good service
Terrible parking, hidden fees.
The room was perfect. Spacious bathroom, very comfy bed, great tv station selection, loved having a fridge.
Parking was hard. There was an event going on so there was no parking. Luckily, we have valeted earlier in the day so we were able to get back in before it filled up. But it was closed off at first so we went searching for a spot and got very frustrated. Eventually we just went to the valet and asked what we should do and he let us in. You need to have a separate location for parking for events. There just isn't enough space considering all the hotels and restaurants that share that parking lot. But over all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We were staying the weekend on account of our Disneyland trip for my girlfriend's birthday. The front desk staff was awesome!! They upgraded our room, sent a signed birthday card with drink vouchers, and were very pleasant overall. I'd definitely reccomend this hotel and will stay here again.
The only drawback was the parking. They share the lot with two other hotels so getting a spot can be difficult.
The hotel was nice, everything looked clean. It was handy being across the street from Target and some nearby restaurants.
Upon arrival I was told I needed to pay an additional fee besides what I paid when I booked my stay. The person at the desk mentioned a few things that this fee covered, one of which was parking, which was listed as free on Kayak. To me, this is pretty dishonest and deceptive. During my last night I woke up with around a dozen itchy bug bites. I told the staff when checking out. The manager apologized and said he would have an independent company inspect the room for bed bugs. When my return flight landed I had a voicemail from the manager saying it was not bed bugs and that I probably had an allergic reaction or I was bitten by a mosquito. It definitely wasn't either of those, probably spider bites, either way, it didn't feel like they tried to interest me in staying there ever again. Parking spots in the lot are very narrow and the lot got completely full one night due to numerous people double parking.
Staff was very friendly and the place was clean and affordable.
One of the ladies at the Disneyland kiosk was very rude and even though she doesn't work for Wyndham , she gives a bad image for the hotel since she is inside.
Everything was great from the beds to the service.
The price. Blend cafe, large room with comfy bed.
Can't think of anything
Kids liked the bunk beds
Parking, shuttle to Disneyland was late many times, hotel fees
Shower drain was backed up. Shower/tub dripped. Some mold in bathroom.
Right off the bat, this place felt very welcoming. The room was very clean and didn't smell at all! They even have a shuttle every half hour for Disneyland. My favorite part, was the 12pm check out!
The resort fee was a little annoying due to the fact that I didn't even get free continental breakfast. If they had that, this place would be even more so THE ONE!
Loud slamming doors
