The single overworked staff member was very pleasant and competent.Cons:
Hire more staff at this location! You can never get through on the phone and will be serviced by a single person (multiple visits - this was the case). Interior of the building was antiquated and dirty.10.0 Wonderful

The Vero Beach, FL staff was both friendly and helpful. Even though she was really busy she was professional and helpful.Cons:
It would have nice to have a shuttle service to take me home after I dropped off the car. I live in town and fairly close to the drop-off location.6.0 Okay

trying to get a hold of anyone at the LAX Budget was impossible. Circular phone promts just for a simple question. Also, the Indiana Budget guy said if we returned the car a day early, that we'd get a day off of our payment and I didn't see reflected in our bill after we dropped off the vehicle.5.6 Fair

Car was decent, but not anything I would take on a trip again.Cons:
They did not have the car class I wanted so I paid an extra $20 to "upgrade" or drive a nasty little car. Also, the agent told me I was covered with the insurance but it was marked as denied coverage in the box. We had a little discussion about that. Next time I go to an airport and pay more and be sure of what I am getting.9.6 Wonderful

Greg and Eric customer service was absolutely great! I loved the price and the features in the vehicle I rented. I loved how updated the 15 passenger van is...the backup camera was awesome! It made parking a vehicle of this size a breeze. I loved how easy it was for the passengers to get in and out of the vehicle. It made it very easily accessible for my mother, aunts and uncles to get in and out, especially since a few have physical disabilities.Cons:
I wished it came with satellite radio...although it came with a USB so you can plug in your phone...but it would of been a nice feature, and possibly a tv for the passengers...especially if you are taking along road trip. Not necessary but would be a great added feature.Hertz

I'm not sure how many times I've been to Hertz but I do know it's been more than I can count. I can honestly say that I still have my 1st time to feel uncomfortable or treated unfair. FrRent-A-Wreck
