Great location, clean spacious room. We stay there every year because of the convenient location to the shopping and dining in Gatlinburg. We can leave our car in the parking lot and easily walk to anything in town not having to worry about parking.
We stayed here a few years ago. Was pleasantly surprised with the provided breakfast. Room was suitable as we were out and about all day. Location is great within downtown Gatlinburg as well. Staff was super nice. Would definitely come back.
The stay was fine. Accommodations were adequate. The kids loved the park.
The breakfast was subpar on every front. The biscuits to cereal to milk to coffee, everything tasted cheap.
breakfast was poor
I liked the location. It was easy to walk around Gatlinburg to see all the shops.
The room - The room was small, and the walls had red outside brick on them. It was a weird feeling to walk in and see the same bricks on the outside and in my room. The back porch and no privacy. The river view was nice, but to have people walk past our room was not good for my wife. We were at the very end room, and people would stop to use the area behind our room to pace back and forth while talking on their cell phone. (some while drinking their beer too.) The rate- I used Kayak to get a good rate. I got the receipt from the hotel, and I paid over $40 more to use Kayak...... never again
The location was great. Within a few minutes walk from the shops of Gatlinburg. They provide breakfast on site, which is great for a busy site-seeing day. We stayed in a river view room which had a balcony over the river that runs through Gatlinburg. The view provided a nice relaxing evening.
The room was suitable but outdated. It was acceptable for us since we weren't gonna spend much time there, but if you're looking for modern amenities, you're probably gonna want to look elsewhere.
Great location, very comfortable, and great breakfast.
Had problems using the WiFi router...could neither connect IPAD nor laptop. Likely this was because of our room's distance from source.
