..The room was amazing... the view from the private balcony was absolutely breathtakin and the fireplace to keep our room toasty topped the cake for the price n ranking for this hotel..
We arrived on a daylight savings change..outside of the phone not working(which actually was a blessing) the clock had not been changed backOverall for a ladies one day moscato getaway it was a very satisfying experience and I got to bring my baby bubba a long haired daschund....for free!!!
Lots of room, 2 beds, 2 dressers, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, separate vanity/mirror w/sink and storage underneath. Roomy closet and a balcony. Close to restaurants, activities.
The bathroom was a bit small. The hairdryer did not work. The sink stopper didn't work and was filthy. Our stay was enjoyable and the staff was friendly and excellent!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location as well!
It was under renovation for the roof, and was accordingly messy. The staff was accommodating as we showed up early and they gave us a room. The motel was definitely on the 'used' side and the roof was under renovation so stuff was lying all around. Other than that it was adequate for the low price.
Pets were allowed
Had a difficult time checking in. They were not going to give us the Hotline pice....until we showed the confirmation.Room was nice enough for the Hotline price. But no way would be have been happy with it being so out dated for the xxx p/n price the were wanting to charge.
The bathroom wasn't clean kitchen area was dirty including sink, referigator ice compartment was frozen shut, remained that way.for 2 adults and 2 Children,2 bath cloths were left each day in room.after requesting 4 they werent ever left.wouldn't stay there again!!!!!
Privacy balcony with rooms. Wonderful
NOExcellent. Taken care of very well. People very friendly.
Room was way outdated and needs new mattresses. Rooms smelled old, breakfast bar needed cleaned and they needed utinetils for the food they were serving.
I didn't like anything but the location
Large room, fireplace, balcony was nice touch.
Mattresses were severely stained, old, uncomfortable. Bedding had others hair on it. Top blanket was stained. Some updates had been made, but dirty old mattresses need to go!If you want a clean bed to sleep in and not have to worry about getting 'something' from your stay, go somewhere else.
The location was perfect and the staff was great!
The walls were super thin. The walls were really thin and the bathroom walls were kind of gross. I loved the location and the size of the room was great for the queen bed fireplace room. There were sidewalks so that it made it easy to walk to all of the large attractions in Gatlinburg. There is also a convenience store across the street for late-night stops. The one down-side to this area is that everything closes around 10pm so be prepared to visit all attractions and restaurants before then. Other than that, I love Gatlinburg and will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future stays.
