The rooms are newly remolded and very comfortable. Views of the grounds and the bay were very nice.
It is a little far from the center of town. But, the savings more than makes up for it.The staff was very courteous and helpful.
Affordable, daily activities and shuttle to island attractions.
Beach is nothing to be desired. The hotel is a fair distance from shops and attractions. Had small ants in our room. Fire alarms went off at 8am one morning.Overall the hotel was not bad. It was a decent place to sleep and the pool area is nice.
nice, big, clean rooms. liked that kids eat free ALOT. staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating.
the beach is not really very conducive for hanging out on, boating maybe, but not playing in the sand or swimming in the water (rocky and kinda tough sand , water is rough on this side of the island).we only stayed here our last night on the island. we had a house the rest of the time. all in all i thought it was very nice, and a great last evening
The nice suit, regularly cleaning, great yard, many chairs outside and around the pool. The front desk staff was very supportive to all our inquiries.
There is no sand beach at this hotel. And almost each day very windy, therefore are a lot of water waves. We must go to swim to other beaches. This hotel is good for older people, who like to relax, walk around the golf field, read near pool or the sea. There are no snorkeling, no swimming, no shopping there.
Right on the ocean. Breathtaking sea view. The suite that I got was awesome. Small fully furnished kitchen, washer-dryer, separate dining area and living room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
There was only one phone line to the hotel which was usually busy. It is quite far to walk to any restaurant or any other place. You need a rental car to make your stay worthwhile. If you have a rental car this place is awesome. This place is awesome if you have a rental car. I compared my suite to my friend's suite nearby (5 mins drive) who paid double the price but was half as good. His suite didn't have that big of a Kitchen or dining area or living room or sea view but was close to a few restaurants and other Seven Mile beach places.
The staff were excellent. They responded to the few concerns we had quickly and efficiently.
The prices at the restaurant were expensive. All of the activities they listed weren't offered including the movie night on the beach and bingo.Upon checking in I noticed I could hear everything going on in the adjacent room including the screaming baby. I spoke with Miss Julie and not only did she move us immediately, but upgraded us to the one-bedroom suite. The suite was perfect because it allowed us to buy groceries and cook for ourselves. This also allowed us to eat our meals on the balcony enjoying the beautiful weather. We had already rented a car so getting around wasn't a problem. We were minutes from everything. The hotel grounds were clean and well kept. We spent a couple of nights just sitting on the end of pier talking to a local Caymanian who was fishing. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.
Rooms were large and clean. Excellent staff.
Location-middle of nowhere!
The room with kitchenette was great. Large, and clean. Small patio to sit outside in the evening.
No beach at all. Was far from everything, the shuttle service while offering to go a few places, was limited for timing and packed all the time. We rented a car for the duration due to that. The cleaning staff was rude when we declined cleaning service, which was odd. We had two people in a room with 4 large towels and plenty of hand towels, so every second or third day we had them clean the room. When we had the sign on the door declining room to be cleaned, they still figured banging on the door for 5 minutes at 8 am was still required. Not great for trying to sleep in. Then after the second day that we declined, they had a fellow come with a form to sign that we were declining the service, again first thing in the morning. The pool area was clean and a nice area to hang out. The hammocks and the little area along the water had nice padded chairs. We...
staff were friendly and helpful
Wouldn't buy the salad againCouldn't be better, is on the quiet side, a 5 minute from the tourist hustle and bustle. The hotel was well presented. Free internet throughout the complex, including rooms.
