Very nice staff, good location.
The people are very nice and respectful staff
The way everything was set up and the staff was great
Convenience to stores, markets and transit center
The smoking rooms had no ashtrays
It was close to where I had to go for work. But when it said free breakfast wasn't aware that it was a muffin and coffee.
Location and the fact that you could cook in the room.
Fire alarm rang for at least 10 mins ¿¿
That they really are like family! Kind of like going to grandma's once you get to know them.
Fridge needed a new seal.
The room was nice.
bugs in the room and woke up with a bug in the bed so gross and I was promised a call from mgr but still not have revived a call even after trying to call back two days of a promised call
the rooms were nice and clean
Ac Did Not Work
The feel of home.
Needs to have a stove.
Rooms were nice. & clean desk person didn't tell us about cook ware
The marijuana the neighbors smoked all night that made my husband very ill
I like the women that checked me in she was very helpfull which made my check in really fast,..She even took time time when she was getting off from work to get me an iron that I needed.
I didnt like the guy that was working the next day, He seem not to know what he was doing, I asked him for an iron which an hour and 45 mins later I had to walk to the office to get one. Then he was having other problems with people trying to check in.
it was quite an out of the way
nothing to complain about
1.Couple receptionists are rude 2. We asked for couple washed clothes the 2nd day we never got them 3. Hotel rep is computer illiterate and taking too long to confirm extended stay 4. Front hotel dirty 5. Breakfast 6-9 not honored
Snow removal on sidewalks was non-existent. So much so it caused me to fall. Had to suggest they put salt down at entranceway to prevent falls. The service of bringing cooking utensils to room was also non-existent. This Extended Stay is not up to par
The room was very dirty. Bedsheet had stains , towels dirty. If you want to get sick then go to this hotel
The front desk clerk sent me to TWO occupied rooms before finally assigning me to a room that was unoccupied but not what my reservation was for. UNACCEPTABLE!
They now have gotten so cheap that they not only provide coffee in the rooms but no shampoo!
Chain has gotten so cheap they don't even provide coffee.
YES! Chain is too cheap to provide coffee in the rooms! Had a great kitchen but you have to request utenceles! The chain is bringing a new deffinition to cheap!
recently remodled, low price, cook top and full fridge
very few well lighted close parking spots but plenty of spots in the dimly lit rear lot. Breakfast was less than expected.
Condition of my room
I had to stand in the lobby for about 20 mins before someone came to attend to us. The front desk was empty, there were two other persons waiting behind me to served. Such a poor customer service. The doors to the rooms are outside which I didn't like.
Location, and the people were very helpful.
I apparently booked a smoking room, I used priceline and received the room. the location was good but Monday morning, they were pressure washing the adjacent building. I felt the hotel should have notified me of this work prior to assigning the room.
Water in bathroom sink did not work, refrigerator broken
The price was right for a 1 day layover
You get what you pay for. Screaming kids next door, paper thing walls, grounds crew cutting grass for what seemed like 3 hours!
Yes the bed was lumpy. The refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it to sleep. We asked for more towels and they never came. There were only two pillows. We asked for more and never got them either.
the fridge, stove, dishwasher and the little mini kitchen with plates for 2
the bed was super uncomfortable
not 1 thing don't want to stay at this one anymore it's sheets are dirty
they never have wash cloth when you return the dirty one's and the blanket was dirty.
This is probably the cheapest place to stay in the area, especially if you will be staying for a couple weeks as they have very good price brakes for extended visits. If cost is your primary concern on your trip, stay here. There is a simple kitchenette so you can save on meals too. The low cost comes at a price though: Exterior entrances, so you pretty much are going to have the windows closed all the time unless you like everyone looking in as they walk by. The internet connection is OK for sending emails, but if you like to use a web cam to keep in touch with the family at home while traveling it really won't cut it. (I visited twice in the last couple weeks so I have the advantage here of multiple rooms to compare.) The rooms could really go for a serious cleaning. Dirt from the carpet tracks all over the tile in the kitchen and bath. One room's bath mat had black mold on the bottom of it. A very spartan selection of TV channels. There is no exercise facility and contrary to their web site they do not have any agreement with a local gym. On the kitchen side, bring your own soap and paper towels. Those sorts of items are included in most Marriott suites that have a kitchenette but you won't find that at Homestead. Also, one room I stayed in had a dishwasher and the other one didn't so you will find some variety in what you end up getting for the $. This really wouldn't be a bad hotel, if they simply power washed the outside walkways , steam cleaned the carpets, upgraded the bedding a bit, and increased the internet speed; but it is the cheapest option.
I would not let my enemy stay there. It has the most dirty rooms with linens not even washed. Customer service is very bad. The front desk talks to you as if you are on Social Security (most of them stay there I heard). They even ration the bathroom tissues
