Friendly staff. Good location
Poor cleanliness. Strong musty odor. Room needs professionally cleaned for mildew and carpet odor. Needs new towels.
location is good but room is dirty
Room was dirty especially the sticky carpet
staff was great. the room wasn't bad. bed good and all see below for cons. close to attractions and food
flies, which was not their fault. but plenty of spiders. doors are hard to close. you know that at 1am. pool was questionable. and ice machine, whats in the bottom that makes ice look dry brown. had internet til 530. bounced off quality inn til I left.
flys in room, coffee not ready in morning, price a bit high for what hotel was
Price, location, AC worked well and the shower felt good
Not that clean, no clock in the room, the pool area and the pool in general was nasty and the water was green. The manager and her family had a BBQ at the pool one day and her 'husband' was around the property drinking all day.
My friend and I arrived at the motel very late (1am, if I remember correctly) and the key was left out for us with a note. When we got into our room they had put the AC on for us, which was very nice since it was such a hot day.
One of the lights in the bathroom blew.
Location and laid back attitude of other guests and staff.
Our room had a lot of flys
The internet doesn't work. The continental breakfast was a joke, and the carpet in the rooms were filthy. No mattress covers and the box spring was dirty and the sheets had holes in them.
The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable, and although it was located close to so many points of interest, the room was very quiet. It was definitely no-frills, but I didn't go to Gettysburg to just sit in my room.
The towels could've been a little bigger and thicker, but aside from that it was exactly what I had expected.
Close to everything
Pool was dirty. Hotel cleaning staff smoked constantly so this was possibly coming into our non smoking room.
The bathroom door would not close. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. High step over into the shower/tub with no handrail. No counter in the bathroom for toiletries.
Friendliness, park right by the door. No floors. Easy in/Easy out.
smoke free rooms
*room smelled slightly musty*outdated amenities*continental breakfast consists of pre-packaged danish and a small coffee pot in the tiny lobby
The location is perfect, the staff was even better! Old school motel for sure but very clean and comfortable !!
Its a little dated...but its a mom and pop operation and it was in a good location...I would stay there again.
Dated style almost retro...bed was small. WIFI was out...they just need a tech upgrade.
good location to get to Gettysburg Battlefield Park. Low priced. Is an older style motel but in decent shape.
The bed was terrible, a dead innerspring mattress, told the deskman when I was checking out and he commented that someone else had complained about that bed, said he'd tell the owner. Rather lackadaisical and indicative of the level of service.
There was no much if anything to like
The picture shows Hotel Employee approved, not there when we got there. Some rooms seemed to 've occupied by people staying there a long time. Tap in shower dripped all the time, no coffee maker in room. Cobwebs in the room by the door.
Very nice little motel. Close to everything around the cemetery and Dobbin House.
Clean, quiet and convenient. Extremely affordable.
Decor could use an update.
The staff was very helpful. The motel was great for the price.
The location was right on the edge of the battleground and cemetery. We were able to stroll through a portion of it. Had it been a warmer time of year we would have walked more of it. We walked to anything else we needed to do in town.
Tiny room big enough for just the queen size bed. Loud heater - heater in bathroom broke. Advertised breakfast - offered danish and coffee for breakfast - was not provided anything.
Excellent customer service. Richie at the front desk is extremely helpful. Will come back again n again.
Hotel was close to the battlefield. Close to town, tours, ghost tours and restaurants. Shower had great pressure. Bed was comfortable.
Room smelled of mildew when we first went in, bathtub had soft spots in it. No Microwave, Wi-fi wasn't working.
Location! Definitely great for location. We could walk to a lot of things we wanted to see, or places to eat.
It's nothing fancy, but is comfortable. They do have free WiFi but we couldn't pick it up in our room.
Not clean....lots of bugs...water clogged.
Location was all we looked about this hotel
Non smoking room and Room smelled of stale cigarettes. Staff was creepy and their hygiene was lacking a lot. Advertised continental breakfast which turned out to be doughnuts and coffee. WiFi was horrible. Killed several random bugs and spiders.
Nice parking lot. Economic family motel. Easy access.
The location was the best thing about this hotel.
Rooms were not made up until late in the afternoon. The freezer section of the refrigerator did not work well.
