the cream for the coffe was 1 month out of date, and the bath had not been cleaned...hair stuck to it all over.
would like to have known how much breakfast would have been,never saw anything to say but ther was information on other food.We ended up somewherelse incase it was too expensive!
the only problem i had was when given our key noone explained how to use it eg that we had to leave it in the slot to work the electricity maybe to some people who use hotels a lot this is common sense but for my daughters and myself who were having a little treat we didnt have a clue we had to work it out for ourselves it would have been nice if they had just taken a few seconds to explain when we checked in.we bookerd online with my mothers credit card but paid in cash when we checked in the man asked for an extra 20 pound but did not explain what this was for i had to ask later as i thought i had just made a mistake in reading the details we had it would be a good idea if the staff didnt take it for granted that we all use hotels regularly and know what to do.
