Cons:
Reserved a car for Friday 4pm pickup. Traffic was bad, so we ended up arriving a little after 5 at the Avis rental desk in Media PA and the rental agent was nowhere to be found. The desk is housed in Sears' Auto Center, and the Sears workers told us he was "picking up a car" and would be back in about 45 minutes. We did not stay to wait, as we had a previous engagement. However, we left our name and phone number for him to call when he returned. We received no phone call from him so had to pick up our car Saturday morning at 8am when they opened.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
