Great location right near the gondolas and the hot springs pool.
The exterior entry on the south side of the hotel wouldn't fully latch, even though it was supposed to be entry via card only. My room's bathroom had cracked tile and mildew in the ceiling tile. I found a pubic hair in the shower. Carpet throughout the hotel is gnarled and bunched up in areas; very outdated and poorly maintained. Breakfast is served in a basement bar with instant coffee (it's kept hot in a dispenser, and the server behind the counter refills it by filling a pitcher from an instant coffee maker and pouring it into the top).
Included breakfast and the staff was friendly.
The place is very run down. VERY run down. The rooms were alright, the telephone did not work and the room smelled of stale cigarettes.
The wallpaper was pealing off the walls. the lavatory faucet was not attached properly to the countertop. In general the motel was in a rundown condition.
Close to hot springs
No hot water pool. Dirt and cold
