It was pretty clean
Uncomfortable beds and over pricedIt was not a bad hotel but the price was too high.
Easy to find. Very nice, comfortable room and very nice bed and choice of pillows. Who does that? We were extremely impressed.
Somehow we ended up with a smoking room. My request was for non-smoking, but the front desk person was very quick to find another room and was very apologetic as well. Our one night stay was just what was needed. Everything was perfect except we had to be re-located to the second floor to a non-smoking section. The only problem was the heavy-footed person staying above us thumping around for a while - but then retired, so all that stopped. Will definitely stay at a Comfort Inn again.
the only problem we had was he smell from the cleaning solution that is a concentrate and they used it full strength. we had to relocate next door to a room that was not scented to that degree. we would suggest using green cleaning productsthe young man at the desk immediately offered us 2 rooms. the one next to ours was available and it was convenient to relocate. we will be looking for rooms from now on that say they are friendly to people with allergies or sensitive to heavy perfumes cleaning products. i suggest you look into this option as there are many children and older adults and a large percentage of the population who are experiencing these issues. i would come back but only if i could be guaranteed an allergy friendly environment.
Close to our event.
We really prefer outside-opening doors for convenience. Best Western's sometimes have both hotel-style entrances and outside-opening doors! We were busy, stayed one night, were only there to sleep. We appreciated being able to smoke in our room. Staff was helpful in allowing us to store a pot of food for our event in the kitchen refrigerator, as it would not fit in the fridge in our room. Hotel seemed clean, staff professional and friendly. Elevator is slow for a 3-floor structure.
