Spent three nights.. Room was clean (7 out of 10) Desk clerks friendly. Breakfast was lacking. 14 mins from downtown.
We enjoyed everything about the hotel -our only complaint if we had one would be -we have been to other hotels with a better breakfast variety. What we ate was very good but there was not much to choose from. I would NOT say it was a poor breakfast -it would just be nice to have more choices.
Clean, close to I-65 Good hotel for families Would stay here again
Would stay there again. Great location great price
Was fine for what we paid. The metal piece at the bottom of our door was coming off on the inside and there seemed to be quite a gap in between the door and the door jam. Was slightly worried about bugs getting in. Room was clean though and served its purpose. The breakfast was better than a more expensive hotel we stayed at later in the week. We would probably stay there again sometime.
This hotel provided everything we needed, plus some, on our overnight trip to Nashville and surrounding area. Everyone was very nice, everything worked appropriately, it was a good value, with easy access, and located in the area we wanted to stay, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. It's not a 'brand new' building, but certainly clean and maintained. Thank you!
The hotel was clean and in a good location. Easy to get to right off major expressway (I-65). The beds were a bit firm for me, but perfect for my wife.
Travel very often, have stayed in every chain possible, and this is my first time writing a review... Nice, clean, out of the hassle of downtown Nashville traffic, tons of food choices within 5 minutes. Staff was prompt with service, friendly, breakfast was better than typically expected for a complimentary. Will stay again, have made arrangements for next year already. Only negative, outside entry and if room is on parking lot side you can hear loading/unloading of vehicle..
We had a very nice room for the amount we had to spend. it was just one night as we were just passing through but plan on staying again later this year. It isn't often you look forward to the next time but this is one of them. Thank you Fred and Jan
The room was clean. They helped us with any needs we needed.
This place was OK, but a very old and tired. The room was a little noisy. When someone walked by outside I could hear them talking. The breakfast was less than we have gotten at other places, but then the room cost less also. Not really a bad experience, but not one that I would recommend to anyone. Oh, and the pool was full of leaves and other unidentified stuff.
Rooms were kinda small but clean and plenty of drawers/hangers for our family of 3. Loved that they said breakfast was served until 9, but long after 9, people were still eating - basically, as long as you got in the door by 9, you could eat at your leisure. PERFECT LOCATION - incredibly easy access to the highways. Great wifi - quick connections and no password required. I would stay there again. Great price for what we got!
This was the best place we have stayed at in TN,Clean affordable, nice hot breakfast. The only thing I think they need to do is clean the pool more often!
Decent place to stay. Nothing fancy. Very nice Breakfast. Good access to I65. Cannot beat it for the price.
The only good thing about this hotel was the daytime front desk lady. She was remarkably nice and efficient! Our first room, (yes, we had to be moved to a second room) had no towels, no heat, no air, broken remote, broken phone and enough space under the door to allow certain 4 legged creatures. Our second room had key cards that deactivated every time time you used them. So before you needed to go back into your room, you had to go to the front desk and have them reprogrammed every single time! Unfortunately, the night desk clerks saw this as a major imposition to them and rudely complied with our request. The maid service would pick up the used towels but never left any clean one so, yes, back to the front desk we go. It was very nice that we had a pool side room but the stench emminating from it was unbearable. It's an outdoor pool with quite a bit of leaves, fungi and creepy crawlies. I would highly suggest another hotel even if it does cost a few dollars more.
