Checked in at 9:35 pm after a 10 hour drive. The front desk person appeared disinterested. Room appeared clean but smelled like air freshener.... more on Travelocity

Watch out for these people. They will charge you a cleaning fee for smoking in the room when you didn't. Then they refuse to take your phone calls. When you finally do get through to them, they say
