We found a used drug bag in our room and an old slice if pizza in the fold out bed. I brought this to the attention of the Front desk manager, and even emailed her pictures ...Still have gotten NO RESPONSE. Black Mold in the bath tub. grubby hand smudges on the pictures/mirrors. The temperature control in the room was stuck on cool and was unadjustable. The fan in the bathroom was there but there was no way to turn it on.... Much further away from the city than the website made it seem. ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the $150 / night we were charged. If I paid 35$ / night, I would expect the quality we received.
The room had bed linens that were stained and you could hear a loud humming noise coming from a wall.
Bed was pretty comfortable.
There was a constant rattle coming from somewhere above our room, there was a placard in the room explaining our sleep number beds, except we didn't have sleep number beds. Our comforter had a hole burned in it. In a non smoking room. The restaurant served me sausages at breakfast that were so dry they were inedible and the "hash browns" were plain potatoes with no seasoning or dressing whatsoever. The location is next to a highway, and tucked away no place interesting. Overall I would chose to stay someplace else next time.
Pool was clean and always had enough room.
Dated but well maintained.
We chose this hotel because it was the best value we could get on such short notice. The hotel is nice. The sleep number bed is great, I honestly slept very well, which rarely happens. The shower smelled moldy, and the tub was old/scratched. Otherwise, everything appeared clean. At $139, I was expecting it to compare to a Hampton Inn, which it did not.
decent location, and only hotel available in price and geography
Needs capital improvements, poor upkeep of facility overall...I've certainly stayed in worse, but it would not be a place that I would be happy about staying in again
Surprise cost of $25 PER NIGHT for small dog!!! Threw" cost to value " right out the window!! No notice when I booked reservation with "pet friendly" hotel.
Staff was excellent
Need new elevators
Location was pretty good from downtown.
Apparently drunks trashed several rooms so they were overbooked that night by about 20. They didn't say so when we called ahead to confirm so we almost lost our room. It was cold and the shower leaked into the hallway which got our bags wet.
Very nice people and had a shuttle to drive to bars
They had the sleep number bed that wouldn't hold air so you slept in a crater on oneside and other side inflated
Friendly staff, nice rooms, free shuttle and view of the river.
Although, the staff was friendly they where very unorganized. Requested a late check out with no problems, but day of check out we where asked 3 separate times when we where leaving. Also, asked for the shuttle at a certain time, again with no problems, only to get down there and have it be out. When they returned they said the driver was busy… they did take us but we ended up being 10 min late when we would of been 5 min early.
The location was very convenient to downtown area. Shuttle service offered for downtown until 9 pm.
Very dated, pool was freezing and there was nothing hot about the hot tub. Disappointed that the balcony was inaccessible. The sleep number bed didn't work, but to be fair they said that they would have fixed it if informed about it.
Easy to find. Good beds. Nice view.
Stains on the bathroom floor that could be easily removed. Bath shows signs of mold. Long wait before receiving breakfast
I would classify this hotel as "Poor" at best. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and I got less than an hour of sleep the night before the marathon I had come to race. That being said they were very unaccommodating when it came to check out. We went as a group of friends staying in a three rooms. Check out is normally 12pm but as the race started at 8am we requested late check out since we would not be back to the hotel until 2pm and we would need to shower. We were told when we checked in that we would have to request it in the morning. So, the next morning at 6am we called and 2 out of 3 of us were told that we would be charged an extra $25. The last person who requested it was told "no" When we appealed to the manager who was there, we were told that there were too many people requesting late check out and he did not want to pay overtime to his staff. He also said he was an athlete and that when he would get done with a race he didn't shower and just jumped in his car and would go home. So the last person who was not able to get late check out, moved her stuff into our room which did have late check out. Then when we all checked out after our race they still charged her $25!!! The staff is very rude. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.
A nice hotel for the price. Offered a shuttle to take us downtown and pick up. Very easy to find.
Location is not close to downtown but able to find transportation.
Restaurant and bar on site.
Sleep number bed was broken.
Hotel is old and dirty. Sleep number bed doesn't function. Large led TV was blurry. Hot tub was disgusting. Bar was a rough joint. "Riverfront" is a stretch to describe this hotel....highway front must not have had the same ring to it but is far more accurate. So I guess it's convenient to the highway but don't plan to take a stroll anywhere unless it includes an industrial park. Location is poor. Stay downtown or at the airport.
The sleep number bed. Very nice touch.
The beds were great and the staff very nice!
It wasn't as nice of a location as other hotels with comparable pricing.
