A/C noisy. Lobby was a bit scary but not indicative of the room.
Stained carpet, creepy registration guy making inappropriate/suggestive comments when I checked in at midnight
Good value for money
The room was good for the price. Would definitely stay there again. There was a problem with water closet valve hanging up so had to lift top of tank and jiggle for avg of 2 0f 3 uses; but, there was also a good form in the room for reporting problems.
Name has changed to Econolodge so it took a while to find.
By far the staff;particularty the lady in the morning. She was so nice & very helpful. This hotel was a total surprise to us we were expecting mediocre hotel & room bit we were very pleasantly surprised. The underground parking is an asset.
Breakfast could definitely be improved but with the very reasonable rates I have no complaints. The website needs to reflect the change in breakfast policy. We
Staff friendly and the room was quiet and. Beds comfortable
It said it offered continental. breakfast but both mornings when we went down at 8:30 am. There was hardly any food. There was 3 slices of bread, 2 donuts, 3 juice boxes, 2 yogurts and a few banana and apples. We were the only people eating. Hum
Wonderful staff, helpful, friendly. Free (and good!) breakfast. Free underground, heated parking. Wifi in room. Mini fridge, microwave, iron & hairdryer all provided. I found the bed to be particularly comfortable. Highly recommended.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Considering the star level of the hotel, it exceeded my expectations. So, no complaints. One suggestion - I had to ask for an extra blanket so it might be good to have one in the room.
Pleasant Staff.Good breakfast
It was a non-smoking room but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.Carpets were not cleaned.
'free' breakfast was provided in Restaurant next door with vouchers - limited selection
down town location
Room was in a noise location, exterior door, stair well, next too house keeping
1.Cleanliness 2.Very poor maintained 3.Restaurant service very bad
needs more cable channels
This hotel is in the center of downtown Great Falls where they have many cute stores. Loved the green space across the street with a sculpture of Charles Russel.
Off course like all other reviews the parking, once you got use to it, it didn't seem to bad, just having 1 elevator has it's draw backs when your room is at the very end of the hall.
The location is great. But appears to be run down quite a bit.
You can see duct tape covering holes in the walls, questionable drywall repairs on the ceilings. Stained carpets, pool is a disarray, needs resurfacing. I dint even attempt to swim in it. I will pay more at another place if and when I return to GreatFalls
very friendly staff and I needed a room where I could park my motorcycle outside my room window to keep an eye on it and they met my needs there also they let me chain my trailer to a post so that I didnt have to tow it everywhere
Close to down-town
The hotel room was spacious and clean.
The room needed baseboards to cover up the cement edging at the outside wall.
Came with a lite breakfast at adjoining restaurant.
Breakfast was not the best. Went toward end of the serving time and was a rush of people so service wasn't real good and food seemed to have been cooked quite a while earlier.
