Despite reserving 5 days earlier, when I arrived at noon there were no cars. None. The staff could not say when they would ever have a car. It could be in 2 hours, or it might be two days. Plus, there were several people "in line" ahead of me that had also been promised cars, that would be given any arriving cars ahead of me. They did nor call me or any of the others in advance to advise of this problem. Thus by this time of the day, no rental agencies in the area had any cars. I asked some one to drive me to another Enterprise location one hour away, where I was able to rent a car. My departure was thus delayed by several hours. On top of this, Despite insisting that I should pay the same price as my previous reservation, and receiving agreement that the price would be kept the same, when I arrived to pick up my car at the new location, I was charged ($9) more.10.0 Wonderful

The employees at the location were very friendly. The car we received (after the first) was in good condition and clean.Cons:
The first car they wanted to give us had animal hair all over the back seat. Not just a few dozen hairs, but, you know, hundreds. Car only came with a quarter tank of gas.Hertz

The staff member was friendly, the pick up and drop off were easy and so convenient. We had never used this location before and weren’t even really aware the location existed. We will definitely use this location again. Value for vehicles rented was excellent!Cons:
We rented a truck to move our son. It was a bit dirty on the exterior and the bed of the truck needed to be swept with debris. The debris was minor. We cleaned it ourselves. Otherwise, the interior of the truck was spotless.10.0 Wonderful
