Very friendly and considerate staff. The hotel lobby is bright and spacious, and the rooms were fantastically clean and comfy. I was very impressed with the value we received for the amount paid, especially compared to similar hotels in the area. A steal!
I shouldn't complain too much about something that was complimentary, but the breakfast was lackluster. Only hot (or cold) protein options were very translucent powdered eggs and turkey sausage that had been microwaved to rubber.
friendly staff extremely comfortable bed
Would be nice if breakfast would change from day to day.
The staff was excellent. The breakfast was great. Our son has a nut allergy and the staff went out of their way to help ensure his safety!!
Everything about our stay was nice, the room, indoor pool and dinning area was nice!
Extremely friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel Never would have guessed it was more than a year or two old.
The room was very nice and it looked like the hallways were recently renovated. All condition exceeded the star rating. I would give it at least three stars.
The hotel was right by everything I needed to be by. It was clean and very nice will stay here again.
Rooms were very clean, spacious and smelled of fresh linen. Separate sitting are with sofa was nice touch and made it much more relaxing. I would stay there again without hesitation.
Centrally located. Great breakfasts. Suited us for our golf trip and to watch the Masters
Not really Met all our expectations
The extra incidental charges requested at check in.
Great place and location! The only downer about the room is that the air conditioner/central cooling made to much noise.
Hotel rooms were great! Clean, well-lit, comfortable. Only downside is that the breakfast room is small given the number of rooms. It doesn't flow well if there are more than 10 people.
When we first arrived the woman checking us in seemed to not know what she was doing and was a bit rude to my husband, which I found unprofessional. Then after trying to get in our room twice, including taking the key cards back for reprogramming at the front desk, we called for maintenance because our door lock was not functioning properly. Maintenance responded promptly and once it was determined the door could not easily be fixed he offered to have us moved to a different room. When the maintenance man returned he informed us, to our delight, we had been upgraded to a spacious suite room complete with large LCD flatscreen TV. After a long night at my husband's high school reunion, we were grateful for the incredibly comfortable bed with soft plush linens. I was especially grateful as I was nine months pregnant and awoke refreshed the next morning without any aches whatsoever. Though we had a rocky start the overall experience was a good one thanks to the courteous customer service of the hotel's maintenance staff. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and an excellent value for the price.
This was the best hotel we've stayed in since our daughter college in Greensboro 3 years ago. It was easily accessible, close to the college and the bed was wonderful. The continental breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and efficient.\n\nWe thought the room was a little small and the king size bed was not a true king. It was extremely comfortable though. We like having a refrigerator and this did not have one. Also, there was no where to put your suitcase except on the floor.\n\nOverall we loved it! It was perfect for our needs.
