location was handy to the Masters Golf tourney.
All bad. Dirty. Worn out carpeting. No hadicapped room. No elevator. Handicapped person had to drag luggage up the stairs. room was so smoke saturated that clothes stunk. The attendant was incompetant and we had a difficult time checking in.IT WAS SO BAD THAT WE WILL NEVER USE PRICELINE AGAIN!
Convenience, but there is another hotel right across the street that I would have been willing to pay more for the sake of comfort and cleanliness. Unfortunately, both hotels were booked.
I did not like the cleanliness, and it smelled horrible. I was told that management would contact me the following morning about the conditions of the room. They did NOT.This hotel is located right off of I-20. I do not plan to stay here again. I chose this hotel because I had stayed there in the past when it was part of Wyndam/Microtel. The previous stays were great, but the new owners/staff are failing horribly. There was dried up, red, sticky liquid on the counter. A dirty cup with dried red liquid in the fridge. The toilet seat had dried material on it. It was the nastiest room I have stayed in ~ in MY ENTIRE LIFE. I had to literally go to the front desk and request cleaning spray. The tub was also dirty.
