The Comfort Inn was quiet, clean and comfortable.
It was clean, the staff was friendly.
It was difficult getting in and out onto the main road.
Rooms were outdated and bedbugs found in one room which my guess traveling with my family was bitten several times. This has never happen at that brand before to m
Location was great for my visit
Great location right off of I 85. Room was clean and beds were super comfortable. The free hot breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the staff was great. The free WIFI was ok.
The location of the hotel made it easy to miss. If traffic backed up it was difficult to get in and out of the hotel. If the hotel had access to the street next to it (which had a traffic light) would have been much better.
Bed was extremly comfortable. Not really any complaints about the room. Hotel is kinda off the beaten path. Meaning it's very close to everything, but it's hidden , by being behind a car dealership on the main rd. Very quite.
People talking in the hallway,& slamming some doors early in the morning. Although this can happen at any hotel, expensive or not. Not the hotel's fault, it's the inconsiderate people that are up before me.
I had to clean the top of the night table and desk upon arrival.
it was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel was clean but somewhat run down. The room was supposed to be over sized but wasn't.
It had beds, and was fairly nice looking bedding! And coffee there, and the great breakfast.
It is my only vacation and I LOVE to swim, but the pool wasn't open til the following weekend. I was VERY disappointed.
It was convenient to work and to house hunting.
The external door near our room was consistently being propped open by guests using the standing ash try so they wouldn't have to use their access cards to get in and out. I believe they were left that way all night as they were still open in the morning
i was in a room by the elevator(room 112) and you can hear the motor. very loud!
I went to Greenville the weekend of Halloween to visit my in-laws, and was very disappointed with this property. Not only were there people walking in the hallwalls with open containers, they were being very loud and using profanity. I had been told this was a family friendly hotel. They also advertise that they are 'green', but I saw trash in the recycle bins, as well as in the hallways next to (not in) the trash cans. Also, the morning I was scheduled to check-out, I overheard the employees talking about half the 2nd floor being closed down for Bed Bugs, to just move people to the other end of the hallway. It took about 25mins to finally get me checked-in, and they were not even that busy at the time. The air conditioner in the room sounded like it was about to blow up and there was no hot water; when I informed the front desk, I was told 'Sorry the air conditioners are old and the water will only get luke warm, that changing my room wouldn't do any good'. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, nor will I ever go back. You would be better off paying $*** more per night to stay at one of the hotels one exit down on Woodruff Road. They are also located on a very dark road behind some old car dealership. We didn't feel safe and we seen someone walking in the parking lot checking car doors. If you have a family, do not stay here!!
Busy schedule check in was fast the staff was great and the price and quality was well worth the Stay. Beds were very comfortable great nights rest.
