The staff was excellent. I would hire the morning frot desk clerk in a heartbeat. Breakfast was decent - not a Holiday Inn or Hampton, but not a stack of moldy muffins. I'd stay again if I needed a place to crash.
Be warned: this inexpensive exterior access hotel is a hotbed for local contractors, so it is loud, crowded, and has a party feel to it - only you didn't get invited and you want them all to go home already. The hotel needs to do a better job at trying to segregate the contractors and the other guests so we do not get woken up at 4am by shouting or morning ablutions. Also, the hanging hand towels were dirty, smudged with makeup (not a stain). That indicates a serious lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping staff and brings doubts (fairly or unfairly) as to whether or not bed sheets are replaced after each guest. I have no evidence of that, but dirty hanging towels are pretty bad.
