The hotel was clean and had all the basic ammenities you need. Wifi, air conditioning, clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is located in the heart of the City so this is perfect for someone who wants to walk around and go to museums etc. Overall a great experience for the money.
This hotel was gorgeous! It was like staying in a 5 star hotel for the price of a motel6. I highly recommend hotel morales and am looking forward to staying here again. It is just a few blocks away from the cathedrals, theatre and restaurants so it was very convenient to drop by the hotel throughout the day. We took advantage of all the amenities- the gym, rooftop pool, pool table, room service and restaurant. I loved staying here!
Location, friendly staff
Great location. Reception staff was good but food staff was inattentive.
staff was awsome, every minute very helpful: from the front desk, resturant, and maids having the room look like the first day.
Everything was good except that we found a small cockroach in the floor (that tells me there were more), also the beds are not comfortable to sleep, great location and very beautiful inside.
Beautiful building within easy walking distance to a number of a number of historic sites and plazas. Very charming. Would stay again.
We loved the interior decor, the security of the hotel, the Staff (English & Spanish speaking) were Freindly & Helpful. The location was Excellent (near 7-Eleven and oxxo) and within dining (La Chata) and walking distant to Main Plaza. I found the hotel to be exceptional Value for the Room & location. Also, check-out time was 1pm which allowed us to enjoy the morning before leaving gdl. We already have refered friends to the Hotel. We were pleased=)
I would suggest the Hotel invest in new bath towels and wash clothes.
this is a heritage hotel and well maintained and clean.
the location of coffee shop is poor juast a part of a witing room in the lobby and terminology "suite room" actually only a standard room.
How could anyone not like the beauty of this Hotel? The structure is historic, the furnishings and decor high quality and impeccably maintained, the staff conscientious and attentive and friendly without being intrusive, and the location perfect for walking the historic district.
On this stay I found I could not raise the setting of the air conditioning as high as I would prefer it, so by the next morning the room was colder than I prefer it.
this place was amazing, the best hotel for the money in latin america i have ever stayed at
Staff were very helpful. It was at a good location, right in the heart of downtown Guadalajara. Mostly clean, but definitely comfortable. Very beautiful decor inside.
The walls were paper thin. Every morning I could hear the piano playing downstairs at about 9:30. I could also hear the people upstairs taking a shower and using the hair dryer. I like walking around bare foot, but I couldn't at this hotel because the hard wood floors weren't the cleanest.
Classic Spanish colonial hotel with thick walls, plenty of shade, and rooms surrounding the two atriums.
The architecture of the building, the friendly and helpful staff, the location, and the outdoor terrace with room service.
Very nice ambiente, beautiful colonial architecture, spacious and quiet room, nice bathroom. Great location (everything is in walking distance).
Our room had no outside windows
THe staff was extremely helpful and corteous. They wnt the extra mile to help the guests. The Hotel was clean, perfectly located in the Downtown core
friendly and helpfull staff. Near all the tourist atractions, and restaurants
rooms on the street side are noisy. the inside rooms are sound proof
