Comfortable car. Service at pickup was good, they were very busy and the cars weren’t clean at the time of pickup.Cons:
The first car we got was obviously recently smoked in and we requested a change in car. We got a less valuable car than the original (smoked in car). The car was previously smoked in but had been covered up and was not as strong as the first. That was very disappointing. Ever had a bad experience with an enterprise car until this rental.8.0 Very good

Ordered car online. Location was on a Pensacola Navy base which required DOD security clearance to enter. Appeared to be regular pick up location online. Called Enterprise to fix. They said they confirmed availability and transferred my reservation & sent me to location 10 miles away who had zero cars available. The wanted to give me 9 passenger “church style van”. Second location wanted to help but they had nothing. They said corporate representative never called to check availability. After waiting a long time another car was returned which they gave me. Hours wasted on our Florida vacation.2.0 Poor

Car was dirty and smelled like Cigarette smoke. Called a hour before pickup to ensure that the Chrysler 200 I requested was available and was told it was there and would be waiting on me. When I arrived I received a different car that was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke that I'm allergic to. But was told that's all they had. My company rents alot of cars for its employees..... Will be using Hertz moving forward.Hertz

Cons:
When I got to the airport counter there was no reservation under my name there or any of the Hertz locations nearby. This was prepaid as well and now have to dispute the charge through my credit card. NEVER booking anything through kayak againAce

Usually when the rental company states that they are off airport, there is a statement that there is no shuttle to their location if that's the case. Well, this rental company is so far away from the airport that it would have cost me $40 to get there by taxi. No shuttle. And when I called, they said they "could" return me to the airport when I brought the car back. I doubt that would have happened. So, from now on, I will only reserve cars from companies that are co-located at the airport or that explicitly state they have a shuttle. Lesson learned for me. I ended up renting from a company co-located at the airport, by the way. It cost me an extra $30 from my ACE rental but I saved the round trip taxi fare and the time. I had to provide ratings, by the way, in order to have my review published. I never went to ACE.Thrifty

Our rental ended up being through hertz since i guess they all share a counter down there. So not really any interaction with Thrifty.Cons:
JUST DON'T USE PRICELINE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. Especially during covid.9.2 Wonderful

didnt like that I was told, after charged, that the option I chose for gas meant thst I had to pay for a full tank of gar regardless of how much gas I left in the tank, and that I had to pay for the priveledge.10.0 Wonderful

The staff was very friendly and helpful both during car pickup and dropoff. Top rate people! Even when our plane was delayed the person on the phone was very helpful in keeping our car for another day. It was a great experience.Cons:
