good customer service.
I had booked long stay for two weeks with free pick and drop off from the airport but was charged.
Stayed on business and was pleasantly surprised with the amenities that were available. Service was good and location is very convenient for those doing business
Our 2 night stay at the Marriott was excellent. I have stayed in so many Marriotts in the West but the service in the Dehli one was par excellence!! Excellent room, 3 times a day luxourious buffett with at least 3 people waiting on you at each table!! Indians really know and understand the concept of good customer care. I was really really impressed. We had the time of our lives. I have never experienced good customer care in any of the Marriotts in the US or UK. It was my first trip to India and I'd like to say 'well done Dehli'!
