Beds were great, rooms quiet from street noise but in my room the bath fan and HVAC system were really loud; like a bus idling. This hotel is listed as a non smoking building but halls smelled like a huge ashtray and there often were people smoking in hallways. Not a bad value but not up to the Best Western standard with which I am familiar.
I like that it seemed to be in the center, the parking lot was plentiful and there was a 24 hour diner connected to it. It was more than what we expected for the price.
The room was a little old, not too bad at all. The hairdryer didn't work, but I am sure if I would've said something they would've fixed it.
Breakfast was OK.
One clerk was on duty when we arrived and it took her almost half an hour to check in the man who arrived before my family. When she finally checked us in she gave us the wrong room (I needed two beds and the room had one bed) which meant I had to take everyone back to the front desk with all of our luggage. The whole process took almost 45 minutes and if it wasn't 8 p.m. after a long day and drive, we would have gone elsewhere.
