Although I did not like being worken in the middle of the night I was there during the time the hotel had a fire and I would like to say the staff handlled the situation very well and were really organised they made the guests feel very safe in what could have been a really bad experience
Service and helpful staff
Shower curtain let bathroom floor get soaked
Staff deflected our complaints with skill and patience, moved us on request
Overpriced and shabby, mediocre food, uncomfortable beds with cheap linen. And right on a busy A road, despite the rustic name...
the swimming pool, check-out late in the morning
The grounds are lovely, it was such a relaxing place to be
