everything i needed was available
location is so so
The staff on reception are helpful, friendly and speak english well. The hotel has a general warm feel about it, particularly in the lobby.
My room and my friends room both stunk of cigarettes, even the duvet and pillows stunk, yuk.. not nice. This meant that despite my best efforts to keep the room warm the maid had to open the window every morning and leave open.
The location was ok
Too expensive, room too small, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
The breakfast was vast but a little expensive - 9 Euros. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a very central location to public transport and the St. Pauli district which suits young travellers with cool cafes and bars.
The internet in the foyer and wireless was not working for the first two days of my stay and staff didn't really seem bothered about it which was annoying as I needed it for work. They eventually fixed it after me hassling them repeatedly.
Location was very good. Walking distance to the reeperbahn. Very good for clubbers. Good for 1-2 nights stays. The price i had was very good. (59 Euro/night)
Check-out at 10:30 am in the morning was really unique and not comfortable. Bathroom was really small.
friendly staff, easy to find.
breakfast wasnt worth 9 euros
The walls in room 103 needed repair and painting.
Proximity to the city centre.
room was a bit shabby for the price
they had no dedicated non smoking rooms
