Pros:

The woman working there was very polite, but most importantly, very quick. Easiest car rental experience by far!

Pros:

Giving the car back and realizing we would never use them again.

Cons:

They forced us to buy insurance even after I explained we didn't need it or want it. The excuse was "well, this is the only way to get you the upgrade." We didn't want an upgrade, only the car we had booked. We waited for almost an hour to pick up our car and there only 5 people in front of us. When we returned the car, Budget's line was over 3.5 hours long and counting. If you value your vacation time and money, don't rent from here.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a mid size car since they were all out. Sales lady would only allow you to use a credit card with the driver’s name, not spouse’s name even though the reservation was made under me and they had already charged a deposit on that card.

All good, but many peopel coming to Maui, so almost 1 hour to have the car. Then I have a car with an oil issue message, so need to change it. it was quickly done, but not the best pick up I experiment! Car was ok and all ok with people here to help.

Bad. I had to leave early due to a family emergency and I was not credited back 10 days of usage that I did not use.

We waited for an hour for our car. Never got the car that I originally signed up for. The car that we did get was making terrible sounds and dirty. I was afraid that it would break down.

Hard sell on the upsell. Price almost doubled when they said I needed the mandatory insurance. Charged extra for my wife. Who charges for family members. Checkin was a nightmare with all the high pressure sales tactics.
