Nothing it was horrible and staffed by tweakers
Cigarette burns all over the 'nonsmoking' room. They closed breakfast down 30 minutes early.
Beautiful view. Close to restaurants. Free breakfast and wifi.
It met my need for the right location.
Clearly not a 2 1/2 star Hotel. You could hear people coming and going outside the room and next door
Very friendly, polite and helpful staff.
Exterior littered. Breakfast limited.
The pool. Location was great for my purposes
Had to move rooms during stay due to room that I was in was booked it next night. No pool towels. Seemed to be short staffed. Tub did not drain.
It was close to the freeway and had some places to eat around it.
Pillows smelled like cigarette. Sketchy people hanging out around it this is a 1.5 star hotel not 2.5 and it was expensive to boot. I was not impressed at all.
Excellent customer service
Old... it is so old... Both the Rodeway, and the Quality Inn are on the same property...the buildings look identical, the front desk is the same... pretty sure I could have had the same experience for less.
Clean fresh sheets!!
The smell in the room was horrible
When we got there the room they gave us originally had not even been cleaned we had to move after booking the room hours in advance and checking in after 11pm.otherwise everything else was fine. Feel like I should have been compensated for the inconvenien
hotel location. Staff was friendly.
Room old and dirty. Very scary people around.
The front desk staff were nice. (Continued from the 'don't like'). The first room wasn't ready. The second room the key card took about ten tries to work. Then upon returning didn't work at all.
The room, despite being a non-smoking room, reeked of smoke to the point that my clothes stunk the net morning. The bathroom reeked of heinous body odor. The internet never worked.

NOTHING! Please do not waste your families money here... It is just below being a crack house!
Drunk and people on drugs hanging around property! The room itself had several Roaches! I took pictures! Management refused REFUND! DO NOT BOOK HERE! you will regret it immensely! Horrible staff and simply not safe for a family or anyone!
Location was great. Room was as good for the price. House keepers were friendly. Breakfast was nice had biscuits and gravy along with
TRAINS!! The tracks are right across the street so you could hear them all day and night. Pool was closed. Staff was not really that friendly. The sink in the room was not cleaned out.
Price was good. The pool was nice but had inadequate pool furnishings.
I could not understand why the shower in my room did not have a shower curtain.
Staff was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Room was on second floor with stairs only. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Really needed updating in our bathroom. We did not use the shower/tub.
excellent for the price, and is dog (poodle) friendly, had clean swimming pool for the grand children, and in spite of the trains it was quiet sleeping.
needs more grass areas for dog walking.
Maids and Staff are young women, very friendly. There is a nice restaurant on the same property.
Near the train tracks, but you get used to the rumble.
Ok hotel however staff not great. Charged me twice for my room and had to wait over 5 days for the proper refund.
When making reservation use the hotel and use AAA, senior discount etc. Used Priceline and the reservation was 40.00 more than the cost of the room rate with the hotel. Very disappointed! Thought Priceline would offer a better price.
Shocked by the lack of urgency on the part of the staff to rectify problems. The pool had cigarettes floating in it and no lights for the pool even though it stays open until 10pm. No towels to use for the pool. They wanted us to use our hotel towels and then just hang them to dry. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Chairs were stained and gross. Room smelled funny. Disappointed to find out that our room faces train tracks with trains running all night long. Not the cleanest grounds. Do not stay at the neighboring Rodeway Inn either because it is owned and run by the same people. Not worth the money at all!!!
The rooms were nice and the breakfast is great. However, you need to specify that you want to stay in a room on the back side of the hotel. Rooms facing the pool or the front of the hotel also face the rail road tracks that are across the road (but not visible from the road). The trains run often. It would be fine if I had stayed on the other side of the hotel.
This is a quaint quiet hotel on the side of a hill. We had a great stay. No one bothered us or our belongings. The view of the mountains are wonderful. The pool was clean and nice looking. Didn't get to enjoy it though. I will be back.
booked with online travel website and was charged * for extra person. when arrived at hotel was charged another * So instead of costing me * ts costing me * or a 2 night stay. So keep hold of your cards at front desk dont give it up it will cost you more if you do.
