Cons:
The only problem was that the spare tire was in the luggage part in the inside back of the car taking up space and moving around while empty pushing up on bags and groceries. Other tan that it was fine.2.0 Poor

I made my reservation a week in advance & they called me at 8:30a on the morning I was to pick the car up to tell me nothing was available. I had to cancel my reservation. I called Enterprise directly & booked another location only to arrive at 12p for pick up but there were no cars available. Never again!!!National

Cons:
My rental pickup was for 2pm. The flight got in at 2 and the Alamo agent left before any customers got to the Alamo counter, even though he/she must have known there were people in that flight that booked rentals with Alamo. I spent over $200 extra having to rent through another company and will never use Alamo again. I also question Kayak’s booking platform for not flagging the early closure of Alamo rental countries at the airport.VIPCars Recommendation
