Nothing. Seriously. I actually cried because the room was so dirty. I stood up all night because I couldn't even dare to touch the dirty yellow bed sheet. It smelled like a rotten yogurt and I found somebody else's hair on the pillows.
I reserved en-suit bedroom and sent them a advanced notification that I will arrive in London after 12AM. I made sure that I will check in and do not let others take my room. But they ignored it. Even, the front desk man blame me for loosing the room.THIS ONE DOES NOT WORTH A PENNY. It costed me 29.99 pounds and I cried for paying too much for the rubbish room. All staff were rude and have deep belief that their accommodation would be pleasant to their guests. It is either that they do not check their actual room condition or they have never been to other accommodations. Its location, the genteel staff, the cleanliness, its convenience to Heathrow Airport by free shuttle bus and PRT, and its economic cost.
No flexibility was shown when I arrived on 27 Nov instead of 26 Nov. I failed to remember that I lost a day going to England and Europe. Since the lodge was not crowded, I thought the charge could have been mercifully applied to my actual stay.I would stay there again, for the conditions were decent for an overnight en route to other parts of Europe and access to London via the Underground was conveniently available after checking into the lodge through a free return shuttle bus.
Being double chargedI was charged twice for this hotel room. My credit was charged prior to arriving when booking at priceline, then the hotel said it was not yet paid for at check in but wanted payment on a different card. When I called priceline customer service they refused to help me and more or less called me a liar. The credit card company tried to make a claim against priceline but could do nothing as the second payment was not on their card. I will never use priceline again for anything. Your customer service is terrible.
Close to Heathrow with a free shuttle in the morning.
The beds are pretty lumpy. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay Heathrow Inn is fine. It is very close to the Airport, so you will get to see lots of airplanes going by.
